[00:00:00:04 - 00:00:01:02] Azad Abdullahi Hi, everyone. [00:00:01:02 - 00:00:02:02] Azad Abdullahi was quite the [00:00:02:02 - 00:00:03:18] Azad Abdullahi intro that Flint gave. [00:00:05:03 - 00:00:08:09] Azad Abdullahi And as always, it just comes with a lot of pressure, because [00:00:08:09 - 00:00:16:12] Azad Abdullahi I could easily just have eased into this and had no high stakes, but it is what it is. [00:00:18:01 - 00:00:34:11] Azad Abdullahi Just to kind of build upon what Flint was talking about, we've gone to a point in the product's maturity that we are able to start seeing how different pieces integrate into one another. As most of you would have seen our revised [00:00:35:12 - 00:01:17:23] Azad Abdullahi value prop statement in that building conversion focus systems. One of the key aspects there that was mentioned was sales. And typically, we've been helping to facilitate these sales for our users, but it's ideally done on their own end. And so we wanted to also be able to provide an avenue for sales to be able to occur through Mac Labs AI itself. Now we have different integrated pieces on Mac Labs AI. This is one of the really solid aspects of our platform. And so today, what I wanted to show you would be an upcoming commerce piece that we're working on, name still tentative, but [00:01:19:08 - 00:01:26:09] Azad Abdullahi it's essentially going to allow you to be able to have checkout experiences within the ADS itself. [00:01:27:20 - 00:04:02:05] Azad Abdullahi So we've done a heavy amount of industry research, competitor analysis, etc. And we are looking into what exactly can provide sufficient value with the experiences that are currently possible. We saw already from what Flint had shared with us, I guess this is now months back, how there was an events company. Well, it wasn't an event company. It was a company that they had an event that was using an ADS, the transformative results they were able to get. But with registrants, people who are conversing with their ADS, etc. But one of the things that wasn't necessarily possible was for those tickets to be booked within the ADS itself. Now, keep in mind, we do have certain API connections that could have made certain registration aspects easier if it were, for example, like a free event. Like I'm sure you've seen the API connections that are possible within apps themselves. But that checkout experience just did not exist. Now, thankfully, as the industry has moved forward, and as our capabilities have been empowered, also with our super duper efficient and really effective developer team, we have been looking forward to putting together our own experience. Think about the fact that when you set up, for example, in this instance, we're talking about an ADS, you're able to have a conversational experience that can then recommend products, for example, that you would have set up yourself on the platform. And those can be brought up in conversation. And one of the best parts about us building in such an integrated way is typically you think, okay, well, I guess I'll have to set up my products for my ADS. But then, as we also are working on other big pieces, such as intelligent web pages, those web pages will also fetch products from the very same place. And you can imagine a situation whereby your ADS also has access to products, your intelligent web pages have access to products, the same way, right now, your phone to agent has access to an expert, and your ADS has access to an expert, all from the same place. So, just as Flint was talking about how some of these things can get typically really complex, and we didn't want to essentially overload or overburden our users. Now that we're at a point where we expect a lot more agentic use on our platform, we also have some internal agentic improvements also on the way. [00:04:03:09 - 00:04:24:02] Azad Abdullahi We can then start to build systems that are potentially data heavy or instruction heavy, knowing fully well that the platform will be able to orchestrate these interactions on your behalf. And so what would this look like? We're talking about, you know, for example, this is an example overview, but we would be starting off with handling digital [00:04:26:07 - 00:05:00:22] Azad Abdullahi products, and then also events, right? And so this is what you would then expect for version one. So you're, for example, able to track your catalog of products, as you can see right here. And you would then also be able to see the analytics of how those products have been performing, for example, per ADS, because you can attribute like products to multiple different ADSes if you want it. So I could be like, okay, I want to see how it's performing on this particular ADS where I can then see that, okay, great. Well, it's not performing on that ADS at all, because all of my sales have currently come in from only this ADS, right? [00:05:02:11 - 00:05:10:07] Azad Abdullahi I can edit the product. And if I'm editing this product, I can see that, okay, well, I can set up my event information, I can put, [00:05:11:18 - 00:06:25:04] Azad Abdullahi you know, images where necessary. I can set up the pricing if I need to, I can handle availability and quantity, and also have the same access to the dynamic tools that you would be familiar with if you have been using any of the other platforms that let you set up the ticketing. But you will then also realize that you're able to adjust things like the delivery, you know, provide a zoom link, etc. Hook these up to email setups, etc. And then also, just as you would have been able to do for apps where you can set the context within which these things get pulled into conversation, you can set those here, although this is optional. And that's because whenever you would have enabled this commerce option on your ADS, at the point in time when you'd be allocating products to that ADS, it would also have an icon that can just launch the full gallery of products that are currently in that ADS should you also want that as well. So you can almost, in essence, have an ADS that technically has a button that just opens up a shop right within the ADS where checkout experiences can happen. I realize I must be talking super fast because Fence is about to say something. So let me hold on for a second. Flint. [00:06:26:19 - 00:06:30:18] Flint McGlaughlin You, your point about context might be missed by some folks here is on. [00:06:31:06 - 00:06:33:24] Azad Abdullahi Okay, well, thankfully, I'm still right here on it. [00:06:36:14 - 00:06:36:10] Flint McGlaughlin bit more to them so they [00:06:36:10 - 00:08:50:21] Azad Abdullahi Right. So you are able to set the parameters and the rules within which a conversation would then allow an expert to suggest this product. So say, for example, unlike, you know, a traditional buying experience, say, I mean, I would use Amazon or any of the popular stores that most people use online. I want to get a new phone. Right. And let's just use for the sake of this, even though we're primarily focusing on digital products and buying a phone or maybe even an ebook. Right. So Bill has several different ebooks that appeal to different types of pastors and different types of audiences. Right. And so he has an expert now that, you know, is giving advice to pastors. And at some point in time, if it feels like it has met the criteria, like maybe Bill has set some criteria, like if this is a pastor who is having issues reaching out to a younger congregation and they are of an older age, recommend the ebook Guide to Generation Z and Millennials, the new way young people think in the church. Right. And it could bring that up at the exact moment it needs it. Now, you can very well imagine that if this was just a store without a conversation leading and building into it, which is really the conversion experience. You can read a book, for example, and be like, well, I don't think I need that because, you know, I'm already doing so well. But after having an experience that Bill has already curated with an expert that takes you through guided questions where it's asking, how well are things performing in your church? Like, you know, how is this going this way, etc. It may still then arrive at this particular recommendation. And the benefit of this now is you're not taking them away from this experience and saying, here's a URL to somewhere on my page where you could potentially then continue this experience, especially if not all of that was even happening on your page, meaning that it would have been, here's a link to my page. And from that link on my page, you then have to hop into my Skype checkout, etc. All of this would then be expected to be transacted right within the ads. Right. And so over here, you would generally expect that the [00:08:52:12 - 00:09:07:18] Azad Abdullahi product card will show up in response. If there are multiple products, the massive category of what is supposed to be recommended, you'll see multiple product cards, like this, like a bullet or scrollable, etc. Depending on what is ideal, based off of the size of the ads. [00:09:09:00 - 00:09:22:02] Azad Abdullahi And user will be able to then carry out a checkout experience. Of course, this is all going to be possible because you would have linked your Stripe account, which is already something a lot of you are familiar with. [00:09:23:07 - 00:09:40:01] Azad Abdullahi If you're not familiar, the Stripe Connector page is going to look a little different, probably in a day or two. But it is the same thing. It's really just you connect your Stripe and that's essentially how your products are going to be managed. So they will be managed strictly on your end. [00:09:41:01 - 00:09:57:20] Azad Abdullahi The creation of a product, however, for example, you're still creating through Mac Labs AI. But just if you're familiar with how Stripe works, this way, the money goes directly to you. And you're not necessarily managing like a wallet on Mac Labs AI and then having to do a withdrawal. So payments go directly. Right. [00:09:58:21 - 00:10:11:00] Azad Abdullahi Let us show briefly digital product just for those who may not already have been familiar. One of the main differences is just that for a digital product, you'll be able to provide like a file, a downloadable file, which is what I have here. [00:10:12:07 - 00:10:54:13] Azad Abdullahi And you can either do that or, for example, there are those like a very common one is travel content creators who hide like a part of their website behind some kind of like password and so someone can pay and then you then give them the password access. So there's also the ability to access something rather than provide like a download file. So that is going to be possible as well. Now, keep in mind that based off of usage patterns that we're going to be witnessing when people are using this feature, we will choose whether or not it's worth applying even further development time into it because, you know, as with all these features, I promise you, if I made everything that came to my mind, we would never finish anything. [00:10:55:13 - 00:11:01:13] Azad Abdullahi And if I made everything that came to Flint's mind, then I guess the world would be over before we launch. But [00:11:02:20 - 00:11:17:20] Azad Abdullahi there are still items in the works for like further iteration. Because right now this is talking about how you'd be able to, you know, view all your orders, speak to the agent that you're working with on Mac Labs AI to just get insights like [00:11:19:05 - 00:12:21:12] Azad Abdullahi what conversational context is really leading to purchase decisions on this platform. Now, keep in mind, this is very different from when you're just shopping on an e-commerce site. You don't actually have information that's leading to purchase data. Sure, you have heat maps, you have click throughs, etc. But you don't know. And you can actually establish things like how many conversations brought up which recommendations, which recommendations started, led to someone starting a checkout experience but stopped. So you know that, okay, well, this person was interested, but they started trying to purchase, then they changed their mind. And that can potentially lead you to insights where you're probably thinking, well, it seemed like they were interested in this, but maybe the price is too high. You can draw all these inferences from this kind of data because typically your current checkout experience, or most checkout experiences don't necessarily entail all this amount of context. So when we're thinking about building conversion focused systems, we felt, well, why don't we rethink [00:12:22:14 - 00:14:39:18] Azad Abdullahi the traditional way in which people are accessing products. If I'm already giving them such a robust interaction engine with an ADS, I can also bring that commerce data, and also commerce experience in there. So there's all this power. And now keep in mind that we are building this in a very scalable, systemic way. So if this ends up being a hyper utilized feature, which we anticipate that will be the case, you can very well imagine that integrations for third party markets, which would then not require you to set up additional products, such as Shopify, would then just be linkable in here. So you then have access to your Shopify catalog. And when you start to think about what this actually means for especially people who are fresh in the market, you can realize that you have a scenario whereby today, I had a conversation with maybe Marketing Genius and Marketing Genius back and forth between the two of us. We've come up with some really, really insightful, like write ups, and I've put those into PDFs. I've never had a website before. But through Mac Labs AI, not only do I have an agent that someone can talk to, I also have an avenue to already make my sales to someone. And with that kind of idea, you start to see a shift in. So if I have all of this, what exactly would I need a website for, other than just housing my ADS, to be honest at this point, because I start to think about how most pages could very well just see more like landing page experiences when everything that they would otherwise need. Because if you notice, I mentioned that we will still have a commerce button, which on the ADS can pull up the whole store L at once, because there are those who may already know what they want. And so they may want to just click, click, you know, see the product list, and then just scroll through or search and find exactly what they were looking for. But then there are those who would sooner take a longer time to arrive at that decision making process. And now you have the option for both all housed within the very same conversion engine. So that's a lot of what we're thinking about, most importantly, is the insights you're going to be able to get from that so analytics will play a big role in this. But all of this aligns with the different projects we have in play. A bigger push towards making [00:14:41:08 - 00:16:19:16] Azad Abdullahi marketing director and always on agent is also ongoing in the background. And so you can very well imagine a situation whereby potentially, every Monday, you're just getting a report. Hey, Keith, based off of the products that you had. Here's how things are looking. I think the conversion rate is looking a little poor on XYZ particular product you might want to make this adjustment, based off of the conversational histories that we've read from the ABS is a people who have interacted with this product, it can also also, I've revised this expert or I'm potentially suggesting we revise this expert based on this particular set of questions that people have been missing out on. Now, I think Flint has already mentioned this multiple times, but the whole idea is that this system is going to be able to learn from itself suggest improvements and make those improvements going forward. And so ultimately, this is like your ideal conversion focused, I want to say COO or project manager that's just ensuring that everything one is set up. So I guess they're a little more than the project manager because they some project managers may not be part of the setup, but they're helping with the setup. They're helping with the management and it's almost like you can focus solely on getting those ideas productized and then the rest of the management aspect can then be taken care of for you. So that's currently the vision that I wanted to make sure that we were able to share with you today. I'm curious to know if anyone has any early questions. It's still early days, but I'm sure, oh, Bill, you have one. Oh, also, Keith has one. [00:16:20:22 - 00:16:21:13] Azad Abdullahi And Michael. [00:16:21:13 - 00:16:27:12] Bill Giovannetti Two questions. One the existing packages we have in an ADS. [00:16:28:24 - 00:16:30:20] Bill Giovannetti Going to happen when this gets rolled out. [00:16:31:11 - 00:17:11:00] Azad Abdullahi I would still say that these stay isolated. So the packages within the ADS have been typically for subscription models, that's subscription access to an ADS. These would be independent. There would be very strange scenarios in which both will exist at the same time. So they're not overlapping each other because these just think of these as another asset class that can be pulled into an ADS contextually while the subscription access, which you referenced, will then be literal access to being able to continue having a conversation with an ADS. And so they're independent. [00:17:11:00 - 00:17:16:04] Bill Giovannetti Well, so in this new system where they basically hit the same kind [00:17:16:04 - 00:17:22:11] Bill Giovannetti of paywall that they currently do with the subscription and ADS or how do they arrive at it. [00:17:23:02 - 00:17:51:24] Azad Abdullahi right. So this new system is typically different. So there's two things about this system. One, it's products, right? So just think of it like what you're currently handling with like the kits in the subscriptions that you're managing or packages that you're managing in an ADS is direct access to be able to continue a conversation. These, on the other hand, are product entities, meaning like, for example, access to a downloadable file or registration for an event. [00:17:53:11 - 00:17:56:23] Azad Abdullahi That's why I said it may be unique scenarios where you would have both trying [00:17:56:23 - 00:18:06:18] Azad Abdullahi happen at the same time. It would be a very interesting setup to know what that would be, but it is not impossible. You can clearly have an ADS that we don't want people to [00:18:06:18 - 00:18:08:07] Azad Abdullahi have a conversation more than like 20 [00:18:08:07 - 00:18:23:20] Azad Abdullahi messages. And if they want to, they need to pay to continue using that. But at the same time, that could be one option. And so for those who don't want to continue messaging, here are these products. If you just want to get access to a quick PDF now, rather [00:18:23:20 - 00:18:51:13] Azad Abdullahi than like, you know, continue with a conversation subscription and you can even make it potentially that the trigger condition for the product to show up is that they've reached the end of their free messages. So that could be a potential scenario so that that actually would be very valuable if you like. Okay, well, you can either choose to continue with the subscription, which is paid and here is XYZ the subscription cost, or you can just buy my PDF now if [00:18:51:13 - 00:18:58:03] Azad Abdullahi you don't want to get into this in-depth, you know, access and read this on your own. So hope that answers your question. [00:18:58:03 - 00:18:59:05] Bill Giovannetti you. [00:18:59:05 - 00:19:03:08] Azad Abdullahi Awesome. Michael Keith, I'm still getting to you, Michael. [00:19:04:05 - 00:19:04:13] Michael Grubb Okay, [00:19:05:19 - 00:19:18:15] Michael Grubb this is probably a dumb question, so I'll say that ahead of time. So Shopify store, does this sit as an ADS within the only Shopify page? [00:19:19:09 - 00:19:22:11] Azad Abdullahi Okay, so I'll try a little bit about Shopify. [00:19:22:11 - 00:19:23:03] Michael Grubb Yeah. [00:19:23:03 - 00:19:27:11] Azad Abdullahi I still want to reiterate that Shopify would be like a phase two implementation, [00:19:27:11 - 00:19:28:09] Michael Grubb Okay. [00:19:28:09 - 00:20:18:09] Azad Abdullahi first of all need to establish it before we then start supporting external integrations. But if, for example, it was on a Shopify page, because of the way Shopify integration works, the stock would be cross managed because we would only just be fetching from Shopify directly API. So things like the stock count, you wouldn't have to worry about, Oh, what if I sell out on Shopify and the ads is not aware, it will be aware because that third party integration will work very differently than if you are creating the products natively, it would check for stock data with Shopify, if that stock is not available, then it wouldn't be able to check out but you'd potentially have a situation where yes, on a Shopify based page, you can still load up an ads. And you can finish the checkout either in the ads or on the page right behind it. [00:20:19:11 - 00:20:36:07] Azad Abdullahi Or you could have a Shopify page where okay if you wanted to send someone to the full store, great, they arrive on your Shopify page but then if you had these landing pages, and you still wanted people to be able to make purchases from your Shopify store, but not necessarily send them all the way to the store, then you would have that interaction capability set as well. [00:20:37:08 - 00:20:46:03] Michael Grubb Thank you. So with the checkout then, you mentioned it's integrated with Stripe. So the checkout would happen in the ADS, not actually in the Shopify cart. [00:20:47:14 - 00:20:57:06] Azad Abdullahi Yes, so if when we do implement the Shopify and because Shopify usually uses Shopify, if I'm not mistaken, they have their own payment integration. [00:20:57:06 - 00:20:58:12] Michael Grubb Right. [00:20:58:12 - 00:21:02:11] Azad Abdullahi it wouldn't use the stripe. That's why it's a [00:21:02:11 - 00:21:02:22] Michael Grubb Okay. [00:21:02:22 - 00:21:24:22] Azad Abdullahi set of engineering for like third party integrations because you will have to use whatever that third party integration utilizes. So, one of the reasons why we wouldn't even combine those is because Shopify, like I just mentioned, has its own payment gateway which has its own challenges to deal with, especially because an ads is already an instance that's loading on a different page. So there's a lot of security stuff [00:21:24:22 - 00:21:33:20] Azad Abdullahi and also compliance stuff that we would have to get to. But as we see interest in feature, that would be something that we would definitely want to get involved in. [00:21:34:20 - 00:21:47:13] Michael Grubb And with the cart feature on the ADS work similarly to the one in Shopify where you can continue shopping or add new products upsells and things like that. [00:21:48:15 - 00:21:58:10] Azad Abdullahi It could potentially, ideally in the beginning, we're not necessarily thinking about stacking like continuous cart items. [00:21:59:19 - 00:22:04:05] Azad Abdullahi But it is a very good question to ask, especially in the instance in which maybe [00:22:05:07 - 00:22:11:13] Azad Abdullahi we have gotten to a point where we're scaling up to a level where we're allowing more than just a digital download or [00:22:12:23 - 00:22:26:11] Azad Abdullahi event registration, right? And these particular items that I've mentioned already are not typically the kind of items that you stack multiple at once. Even if you wanted to buy multiple event tickets, it would just be a number variable, right? However, [00:22:26:11 - 00:22:27:23] Azad Abdullahi we see [00:22:29:04 - 00:22:46:09] Azad Abdullahi more interest in that, Shopify's API connections do allow things like keeping track of the cart, etc. And so these would all be functionality that we would just continue as we're already building such a scale-friendly system, we would be able to incorporate. [00:22:47:21 - 00:22:50:12] Michael Grubb Thank you. And one last question, because I don't want to hold everyone up. [00:22:52:05 - 00:22:57:00] Michael Grubb Does the cart abandonment feature in the ADS, is there one built into that? [00:22:58:05 - 00:23:02:10] Azad Abdullahi So for incomplete orders, is that what you're referring [00:23:02:10 - 00:23:10:12] Michael Grubb Yes, where someone adds something to the cart to check out, but they don't actually check out. Could we do an email sequence to follow up with them like we would via Shopify? [00:23:11:09 - 00:23:16:06] Azad Abdullahi It would be interesting to look into. What I would say is [00:23:16:06 - 00:23:25:08] Azad Abdullahi from our own tracking and on the ADS, we would know that someone initiated like the checkout, but then didn't finish, right? [00:23:25:08 - 00:23:25:19] Speaker 7 Right. [00:23:25:19 - 00:23:28:13] Azad Abdullahi still have access to that information. But we are [00:23:28:13 - 00:23:28:23] Speaker 7 Okay. [00:23:28:23 - 00:23:46:22] Azad Abdullahi directly tinkering with Stripe's own integration for the payouts itself. I'm sure Stripe also has its own way of informing you that someone had initiated a transaction, but then didn't get it through or the transaction was incomplete. But on our own end, we would at least know that this [00:23:47:24 - 00:23:54:12] Azad Abdullahi checkout experience started, and then we would know completed, yes, or incomplete, as two [00:23:54:12 - 00:23:54:23] Michael Grubb Yes. [00:23:56:00 - 00:23:59:13] Michael Grubb Right. Yep. I think this would be wonderful for 10x3. [00:24:01:05 - 00:24:04:08] Azad Abdullahi I'm very excited about this, [00:24:04:08 - 00:24:07:16] Azad Abdullahi anyone can tell by how many questions I'm already prepared to answer. [00:24:08:17 - 00:24:11:15] Azad Abdullahi But it is very well aligned with where we see [00:24:12:19 - 00:24:51:03] Azad Abdullahi our competition, not necessarily being able to hustle with us. And as Clint had mentioned, even for those who are probably well aware of the fact that there were a lot of all these reverse engineer, reverse engineering, GitHubs that were going up, I'm like, I'm pretty confident that if anyone has seen the hell that the developers have gone through on the back end, even if you can make something that looks like my Cloud AI, I really, really worry about your ability to replicate the security considerations and a lot of the compliance things that I've had to go into all of this. So very excited about this. And I'm sure we'll get it done right. Kisa, your question. [00:24:51:10 - 00:24:52:06] Michael Grubb Yeah, thank you. [00:24:52:16 - 00:24:53:11] Azad Abdullahi Thanks, Michael. [00:24:53:11 - 00:25:00:15] Keitha Maciel So, my question is very similar to Bill's. So, is there a way to, let's say, [00:25:02:10 - 00:25:06:17] Keitha Maciel you have multiple ADSes, could the ADS itself be a product? [00:25:06:17 - 00:25:12:06] Azad Abdullahi that's a fantastic question. So, I [00:25:12:06 - 00:25:19:04] Azad Abdullahi I had mentioned previously and I guess because we have so many updates is very easy to miss out on the fact that, especially with us [00:25:19:04 - 00:25:21:14] Azad Abdullahi speaking so fast that's fantastic always save us. [00:25:22:21 - 00:26:03:22] Azad Abdullahi That we do also have another feature coming up that I think we just haven't remembered to talk about as often, which is licensing of an ads. Interestingly enough, I should point out that it's currently in its testing phase this week, meaning that we expect it to either come out at the end of this week or earlier next week. And what that lets you do is you can essentially set up an ads, and then choose to license that ads, which would mean that you then essentially provide like an email address for someone to be invited to be the owner of that ads, they don't have to have a Mac Labs account, it could be your client in this instance, for example, after you've customized an ads. And when they log in, [00:26:05:01 - 00:26:20:07] Azad Abdullahi they would then have their own dashboard, which does not require them to log into Mac Labs AI, it will just be a dashboard dedicated to that ads, where they can see their embed code. They can tweak only a few settings like you know ads related settings like appearance settings like the background and [00:26:21:10 - 00:27:01:22] Azad Abdullahi like light mode dark mode etc but they can't see the intelligence that you customize and put into the ads so they can't change things like experts, apps, libraries, etc. Right. And the most interesting part of this is you can set a fee. And when they get to that dashboard, they have to pay the fee to be able to access the dashboard, and it will be a recurring fee so they could be paying you monthly. So those of you who have been currently providing ads is to your clients that you've been doing it manually where you have to message them every month. And it's like hey it's about time, you know, you got to top up, you know, keep your ads going. This could be something whereby the just straight to your stripe. Once again, [00:27:03:00 - 00:27:14:18] Azad Abdullahi they would have a situation whereby, you know, they can then just be managing the ads that you've made for them through that dashboard, and you just then get paid. So technically in that situation, the ads is the product. [00:27:15:13 - 00:27:23:09] Keitha Maciel Okay, so that's one use case and I was talking about something slightly different. So I'm thinking of more of [00:27:24:11 - 00:27:33:02] Keitha Maciel what we used to call the kits. So let's say, right, so let's say that I have one ADS, but it has [00:27:34:03 - 00:27:38:02] Keitha Maciel multiple other ADSes within that one ADS. So [00:27:39:05 - 00:27:40:13] Keitha Maciel for example, [00:27:41:21 - 00:28:12:18] Keitha Maciel I have a site where it's using three ADSes, right? But right now, the way I have it set up is that once they hit their interaction limits, then it prompts them to subscribe, but it's individual. What I want to do is loop them all three of those together and say, "Hey, for one price, all three versus having three separate Stripe individual fees." Does that make sense? [00:28:12:18 - 00:28:14:03] Azad Abdullahi I see what you mean. [00:28:14:03 - 00:28:20:18] Keitha Maciel And I mean, I can show you my screen and show you exactly kind of what I'm talking about, but yeah. [00:28:20:18 - 00:28:22:09] Flint McGlaughlin this to another conversation [00:28:22:09 - 00:28:22:19] Keitha Maciel Okay. [00:28:22:19 - 00:28:24:11] Flint McGlaughlin we're 20 minutes to the hour and [00:28:24:11 - 00:28:25:02] Keitha Maciel Okay, got it. [00:28:25:02 - 00:28:26:02] Flint McGlaughlin So [00:28:26:02 - 00:28:28:21] Flint McGlaughlin Keith, let's get you an answer. But I think if I [00:28:28:21 - 00:28:29:06] Keitha Maciel Okay. [00:28:29:06 - 00:28:30:17] Flint McGlaughlin in, we're going to run out of time. [00:28:30:17 - 00:28:31:22] Keitha Maciel Okay, no problem. [00:28:32:15 - 00:28:50:11] Azad Abdullahi I was going to say that I would love to hear more about this, Kita, if you could shoot me an email, just because I feel like it's something that doesn't need to wait for the teacher we're talking about to be addressed. It could potentially be an explanation from our end, or it could just be a tweak or two that could potentially address that. But [00:28:50:11 - 00:28:51:18] Keitha Maciel We'll do. Thank you. [00:28:51:18 - 00:28:52:08] Azad Abdullahi questions. [00:28:53:13 - 00:29:03:00] Azad Abdullahi The questions also let me know that there are those who are enthused about the idea of this. And so, yeah, we're looking forward to getting this in front of you as soon as we can. And I'll keep you posted.
