[00:00:00:02 - 00:00:46:11] Azad Abdullahi On our end, there are some improvements all around that we are working on internally. Some of those would be really apparent very soon, and then some of those will take just a little bit longer, but would be just as impactful. So one of those is an improvement to the response time, so the time to first response. This is something that we've been iterating on internally, and we're confident that we should have some more notable improvements to this, but actually by the end of this week, in fact most likely by the end of this week. And ultimately what that just does is for especially heavier models where you're usually seemingly waiting for quite a bit, because these are very, very like, you know, [00:00:47:12 - 00:00:50:12] Azad Abdullahi tasking requests that require quite a considerable reasoning. [00:00:51:19 - 00:00:59:15] Azad Abdullahi The amount of time that it takes before those requests start streaming in would be noticeably reduced, and we have additional [00:01:01:02 - 00:01:07:10] Azad Abdullahi improvements that will be coming in the coming weeks that would also address just not knowing what's happening while you're waiting. [00:01:08:18 - 00:01:26:15] Azad Abdullahi As sometimes the frustration is less with the time it's taking and just the illusion of how long you've been waiting, because seeing, thinking the entire time doesn't necessarily give you adequate context. Outside of that though, there are some significant improvements that are coming, for example, to the [00:01:27:17 - 00:02:15:13] Azad Abdullahi visual appearance of the ADS. This is also part of what we were waiting for before we could address some of the things that we need to do in terms of time reduction going forward. So over here I have kind of like a side-by-side of the ADS as it currently appears now, which you can see on the left, and a visually reworked version of this on the right hand side, which just cleans up a number of different things that didn't quite meet our bar for polish, and also for those who wanted to make sure that a little bit more of their personalization as far as brand color made it into the aesthetic of the ADS. As you can tell, as I treat this particular value right here, there will then be a brand color [00:02:16:20 - 00:02:31:09] Azad Abdullahi item that you can select while also customizing the ADS that will then make most variables like on the page. Like you can see the scroll bars change, the title bars will change, etc. And all of these things, the default values for things that normally have colors like [00:02:33:01 - 00:03:01:07] Azad Abdullahi action buttons, etc. would technically default to theme defaults first. And then if you override them with like a manual color, then you can choose to make your, I don't know, peacock level color rainbow ADS. But essentially now you will have a lot more effect in terms of how you would feel like things are branded color-wise, because that has just been a little tougher to kind of get across. So there is that. [00:03:02:11 - 00:03:05:07] Azad Abdullahi There are some other improvements in terms of like [00:03:07:00 - 00:03:31:13] Azad Abdullahi visual, I would say visual improvements to the indicator for voice, for example, where you have different voice options. And those are also color coded as well, because we had some people who had challenged with using voice simply because it was a static color, and it didn't match the brand color of where it was being utilized. We also made optimizations to how the ADS looks collapsed. [00:03:32:17 - 00:04:00:04] Azad Abdullahi So it takes up a lot less space. So there's a lot more real estate to work with. Just for reference, these two side by side are the exact same size, but you can see how much more content you're able to see on this versus this one. And also how much color is coming across from a branding perspective on this one. Now, of course, it also means that certain things have been moved around, but all of this will be communicated closer to when we are putting this in your hands. I'm fairly confident that [00:04:02:03 - 00:04:18:05] Azad Abdullahi this visual upgrade would land most likely, if not by the end of this week, it will be in the earlier half of next week. So this is pretty soon actually. And after this, there will be a series of more improvements, more, I would say more features that some people [00:04:19:11 - 00:04:21:01] Azad Abdullahi may not even have known that [00:04:22:08 - 00:04:29:04] Azad Abdullahi were potentially coming, I guess. I can give you like kind of a rundown of one or two of them just to kind of build that station. [00:04:30:09 - 00:04:59:13] Azad Abdullahi One of them is like an initial screen. So there's some people who are like, well, upfront, we want to be able to collect certain bits of information. So before someone even starts a conversation, I need their email and this and then this. And so those will be added as well. Some people wanted the ability for, yes, we love the beautiful header, but the moment someone starts a conversation, then it should minimize to the smaller one just so that they have more real estate. So that would be something else that will also be available. [00:05:00:21 - 00:05:52:01] Azad Abdullahi And there's several others I couldn't possibly run through every single improvement right here, but just know that that experience is going to be better. And we didn't lose the essence of what makes our ADS or conversation engine a lot sexier than the competition. So you shouldn't then look at it and be like, hey, this is completely night and day, now I have issues because the client didn't expect it to look this way. One of our biggest differentiators has always been that header section in addition to a bunch of other things. So that's cool. And also on one of the important aspects for those who have long chains of conversation that we had worked on is our scroll will now have chapterization. So if you hover on the scroll for more than a second, you'll see this. And so when you have different responses that have different things, you can easily jump through them [00:05:53:01 - 00:05:57:18] Azad Abdullahi by doing that. Or you can just scroll normally as you don't like that. This also is a usability. [00:05:59:09 - 00:06:38:04] Azad Abdullahi Addressment that will probably make especially if you're looking at how you have advantages over other solutions, it will make the experience a lot better for the end user in terms of them being able to follow along with conversation. So just a number of important but very critical updates to the ADS will be coming pretty soon. And obviously we're already hard at work on the commerce piece that I spoke about. Most of the UI work for that has already been established. And so there's a lot of work that is then happening on the back end to go ahead to complete that. So lots happening on this end. [00:06:38:04 - 00:06:51:12] Flint McGlaughlin I don't think people caught if you shared it with him, perhaps they did and I'm just wrong. But how to scale the ADS, such as we're doing with other partners in the back end settings, like we're doing it [00:06:52:20 - 00:06:54:16] Flint McGlaughlin to scale the ADS size. [00:06:54:16 - 00:06:58:16] Azad Abdullahi Okay, I had presented that when we did it. So [00:07:00:18 - 00:07:21:01] Azad Abdullahi keep in mind that we are also doing an update to the setup of the ADS. So we're bringing it up to spec with some of the wizards that we have done now. So this is the original size just for reference. And then I'm going to change this to 75%. And refresh this. So for example, original size taken up about, [00:07:22:08 - 00:07:36:00] Azad Abdullahi I'll say maybe three fifths of my screen, and then rendering it at a smaller scale than just has it. And this is a scale vector. So you don't need to worry about it breaking like the layout of certain aspects of your ADS. And so [00:07:37:01 - 00:07:39:08] Azad Abdullahi with that scaling property at 75%, [00:07:40:16 - 00:07:48:05] Azad Abdullahi that then loads up at significantly smaller, if you look at the ratio in terms of how much it was taking up on the stage. [00:07:49:10 - 00:07:50:09] Azad Abdullahi Peter, you have a question? [00:07:50:09 - 00:08:04:08] Peter von Moltke Yeah, yeah, I thought you may have expected me to jump in on this one. I sent you a message last week. There's so much resistance right now to chatbots that we really would like to experiment with actually a larger format even than 100%. [00:08:06:06 - 00:08:30:10] Peter von Moltke Like 110, 120, 130. So it instantly doesn't look like a chatbot. That looks very different. I was talking to a surgeon last week who put a chatbot on his site. And he says that these biggest resistance, if people see it and don't even open it because of their perception or what this experience is going to be like. So I don't know if you saw my request to consider that and if that's even feasible, [00:08:31:18 - 00:08:32:10] Peter von Moltke technically. [00:08:32:10 - 00:08:59:11] Azad Abdullahi So unfortunately, oh, I wouldn't say unfortunately, but just by the way scaling works, like it would be a worse experience once you get higher than 100 as opposed to the way you benefit. So it would be more so a situation whereby we're defining like sizes. Currently, the optimal way, especially because it sounds like you need a very custom dialed in size, would most likely be some form of eye-framed experience. But the ultimate [00:09:00:15 - 00:09:08:13] Azad Abdullahi feeling of oh, you know, a different vibe in terms of the conversational aspect that the people are having on the site. [00:09:09:17 - 00:09:13:15] Azad Abdullahi I do understand their concern. It's also one of the benefits that we have already [00:09:14:19 - 00:09:16:14] Azad Abdullahi enjoyed because we don't look like [00:09:17:21 - 00:09:36:11] Azad Abdullahi other solutions. They all look the same. And so this looks considerably different. I would also recommend that for example, if that person doesn't already have like the ATS loading up automatically, they could explore all the benefits of our custom trigger solution so that they can make something that seems less likely to [00:09:38:08 - 00:09:55:11] Azad Abdullahi lead to apprehension. We are still exploring different formats, but the scaling in that particular direct manner would not work because it would just, unlike now we're rendering certain things smaller, it would just make things a lot bigger in a way that would be more detrimental to the experience. [00:09:56:19 - 00:09:58:00] Flint McGlaughlin Peter, I think [00:09:59:18 - 00:10:14:21] Flint McGlaughlin the intelligent web page will help with that. And also there's going to be a boomerang around this because AI requires conversation, you know, one way or the other in order to interact. And so [00:10:17:02 - 00:10:25:09] Flint McGlaughlin there's a whole raft of changes coming, which I'll talk about perhaps more. And Dan's going to touch this in a moment because I'm going to have him talk about what's coming up tomorrow. [00:10:26:10 - 00:10:26:17] Flint McGlaughlin But [00:10:27:18 - 00:10:41:05] Flint McGlaughlin that's what I would say. Pay attention to the headless, pay attention to intelligent web pages and watch what we've got coming. You still got to have a way to talk to somebody back and forth either by voice or by typing. And so [00:10:42:13 - 00:10:45:24] Flint McGlaughlin there's something coming. We'll talk about that. John, you had your hand up. [00:10:45:24 - 00:10:46:17] John Bush Yeah. [00:10:48:08 - 00:11:06:13] John Bush This is continuing with what Peter's going through, a different use case. And I apologize. I think you've kind of answered it there, but if you've answered before, I think that what we're really getting at is that is more of the headless. We have a large automotive OEM that wants to actually reach out to first [00:11:08:11 - 00:11:19:02] John Bush internal employees and then external customers to be able to create an experience where chat is part of it, but they don't want to separate pop up into it, but they wanted an end page with product features. [00:11:20:13 - 00:11:33:02] John Bush So that's, I think, one of the other use cases, Peter, I think you're kind of referring to that one, but you were more doing the other one. I don't know where we sit with that. I don't want to hijack the conversation. So some of you maybe we can talk. It's already ready. [00:11:34:05 - 00:11:37:21] Azad Abdullahi It's important that you brought it up. So just even for context, [00:11:39:00 - 00:11:48:21] Azad Abdullahi headless is already active. We're using it for the ADS that sits right here, which obviously is not an ADS, right? So we're using it for the time that sits right here. [00:11:49:22 - 00:11:52:11] Azad Abdullahi The documentation has already been sorted. [00:11:53:18 - 00:12:51:16] Azad Abdullahi To the best of my knowledge, we've done an NPM package upgrade as of the start of this week, which was then necessary because it was running out of a particular validity period. And I guess most people would probably be expecting that this is some straightforward, "Oh, I just click on this option and it's available" kind of thing. That's not how headless works. This is super technical and you will require the documentation. Obviously, we are still doing the internal testing of if you give this documentation to maybe your agent or whatever, would it be able to spin up all the direct values? And so this is a testing that's taking time, but the actual functionality itself and the package already, the SDK, etc. All of it is already available. And if there was some deeper discussions we had because there was a more urgent deployment needed to be done, it is already something that with the discussion, you would have access to everything we needed. [00:12:51:16 - 00:12:58:00] John Bush So we have a dev team with us working and it needs to be in by the end of December. [00:12:58:00 - 00:13:03:16] Azad Abdullahi So that is way more than enough time because it's already working. [00:13:03:16 - 00:13:14:11] John Bush We're going to need a prototype before that, but even more importantly, we'll have to talk about the libraries. We can take this offline. So this is great. I didn't know that we're that far ahead with headless. Cool. [00:13:14:11 - 00:13:52:10] Azad Abdullahi Yeah, so headless was technically already completed before we had launched ACE. It's just that it was dependent on us then going live. And then now, just because at the end of the day, like I mentioned, if there was an urgent need and so then you get to a discussion, that could always happen. But we're always making sure that before we essentially present for the solution, it already lives in a manner in which most people will be able to reap the benefits from it. And so ideally, having the skill being able to essentially just say, well, here's my design, and here's access to the code. And here's the documentation that they've given me. [00:13:53:11 - 00:14:25:03] Azad Abdullahi And so please make this work. You know, this looks like I want it to look like, for example, in Peter's situation, maybe the person that's customized the website so that half of the website is a conversational thing, right? And rather than having to think of it within the presentation of an ADS, it's now just using headless to pull essentially all the functionality that I've gotten. And it now looks exactly the way I want it to look. It could be in line like the way we have it here, so that it's not something that's loading up at the bottom right or in the middle of your page, it's just part of the page. [00:14:26:12 - 00:14:27:16] Azad Abdullahi Exactly. [00:14:30:03 - 00:14:30:15] Flint McGlaughlin All [00:14:32:09 - 00:14:43:15] Flint McGlaughlin right, now I'm gonna for everybody it's watching and thinking, okay, how does that impact me? Let me just touch two things. First of all, it impacts all of us because you need to be able to sell things that [00:14:45:14 - 00:15:06:01] Flint McGlaughlin have a distinctiveness in conjunction with the value proposition so that people can get the power delivered in a package that doesn't look like the other packages that don't have the power. So it's marketing, right? But I'm now starting, I'm gonna actually share my screen. Azad, do you have anything else? [00:15:07:06 - 00:15:09:15] Azad Abdullahi No, I think I touched on everything I want to discuss. Thank you. [00:15:09:15 - 00:15:10:19] Flint McGlaughlin So [00:15:13:02 - 00:15:14:06] Flint McGlaughlin take a look at this. [00:15:15:08 - 00:15:16:13] Flint McGlaughlin How many of you know what this is? [00:15:19:12 - 00:15:21:17] Keitha Maciel Bill's webpage for his church. [00:15:23:01 - 00:15:26:00] Flint McGlaughlin Yeah. I'm gonna let Bill talk about it for a moment. [00:15:26:00 - 00:15:27:07] Keitha Maciel Pretty cool. [00:15:27:07 - 00:15:28:22] Flint McGlaughlin Does this look like an ADS? [00:15:34:04 - 00:15:40:18] Flint McGlaughlin And I will also tell you this, there's a lot of power under the hood. I mean, [00:15:41:22 - 00:15:44:17] Flint McGlaughlin and what Bill's done here, I think is very innovative. [00:15:45:18 - 00:15:52:09] Flint McGlaughlin And so Bill, explain to us the problem you're trying to solve and just give us a quick overview so we can keep rolling. [00:15:55:21 - 00:15:58:23] Bill Giovannetti Hi, thanks. Quick overview is that [00:16:00:14 - 00:16:26:06] Bill Giovannetti I'm trying to put everything a church does digitally. So typically churches are online simply as a video or their Sunday message. And I'm trying to think, well, what are the all the key components that we offer and how can I serve them up everywhere all the time digitally. So every one of those buildings is a functional collection [00:16:28:10 - 00:16:29:03] Bill Giovannetti of different [00:16:30:22 - 00:16:36:08] Bill Giovannetti agents. Barnabas is kind of like your all purpose guide. And [00:16:41:04 - 00:16:48:06] Bill Giovannetti so he'll answer questions for you. And then if you go back to the community top left, [00:16:51:05 - 00:17:07:18] Bill Giovannetti then go to the go one below that. That's a care clinic. So click that guy. If you go in there, you've got a number of agents. And you've seen these many of these before, but these are like temptation, you know, like [00:17:09:08 - 00:17:14:14] Bill Giovannetti tempted to drink and you've been clean and sober. Click the plus button, get a new chat there. [00:17:17:13 - 00:17:17:23] Bill Giovannetti And [00:17:19:09 - 00:17:28:14] Bill Giovannetti that guy's all of them are trained in their respective fields. Like the one on the bottom left is trained in crisis counseling and [00:17:29:23 - 00:17:30:20] Bill Giovannetti comfort. [00:17:32:08 - 00:17:53:00] Bill Giovannetti There's two on the right, the simian, they're covered by the ads by the pop up. But simian is if you've got older parents or if you're older yourself, or you're dealing with older parents, you know, Hannah, the one above is for, you know, I'm struggling with my kids. [00:17:55:03 - 00:18:08:12] Bill Giovannetti So but they're all pretty well trained on that. But anyway, it's like people come to church for things. I'm trying to give it all of it go to the theater on the bottom, go back to the community. And on the bottom right, there's a theater. [00:18:09:17 - 00:18:10:24] Bill Giovannetti And there we go. [00:18:11:24 - 00:18:17:20] Bill Giovannetti So as your as your helper there, and he'll, you can click that video. And that's our Sunday sermon. [00:18:17:20 - 00:18:21:07] John Bush Well, it's great to see all of you today. [00:18:22:08 - 00:18:33:06] Bill Giovannetti And then if you go X out of that video top right, and then back to the community and also one more thing, go back into the community, there's coffee shop without awning. [00:18:34:22 - 00:18:37:10] Bill Giovannetti And that's serving up fresh news daily. [00:18:40:09 - 00:18:43:11] Bill Giovannetti And if you click Manny, he'll he'll [00:18:45:00 - 00:18:52:05] Flint McGlaughlin daily Jackson movie just did that was only made as that by the way, you can't get that move from any avatar. [00:18:52:05 - 00:19:06:06] Bill Giovannetti So those are the daily divorces you'll see in the middle there this week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, that's those are literally based on the message from Sunday. And those are [00:19:08:09 - 00:19:21:17] Bill Giovannetti automatically created by an ATS. We send it the message on Saturday night, the manuscript, it produces five of those. And then if you hit that, if you [00:19:23:05 - 00:19:53:20] Bill Giovannetti scan that QR code, they'll will text you those on your phone. So five in the morning, people get those on their phone. And they all follow the same thing. But and they're all like concordant with our theology and everything. And I did reskin it, just as an experiment, if you want to see, see that. But anyway, what I was trying to do is take away the digital fear, or make it feel like a Hallmark card, [00:19:55:13 - 00:20:03:17] Bill Giovannetti or something that people, you know, there's with the resistance to some of that. I'm trying to make it less tech techy. [00:20:03:17 - 00:20:09:23] Flint McGlaughlin Well, I want to step in here for a moment because it connects to what john said, and it connects to things I've been talking to you about. [00:20:12:07 - 00:20:30:24] Flint McGlaughlin sass, I thought would be dead john, and then I realized no, it just was given the greatest boost it's ever received, because AI is going to run it. And now you can get some of those esoteric features. And there's a world changing. But producing a sass interface for human beings is going to become less relevant. [00:20:32:01 - 00:21:03:23] Flint McGlaughlin And let's say if you saw the church everywhere before, it looked like the Bible app, right? Bill, like what you see in the world of software and deterministic stuff, it didn't look exactly like that or anything. But I mean, the point is, people expect that experience to be something like a dashboard with these common features that software platforms have. When you look at this, you've entered into a different metaphor. Can you see the importance of that? [00:21:04:24 - 00:21:10:16] Flint McGlaughlin Let me tell you something. Most of you aren't thinking about it this way. But I see a landing page. [00:21:11:20 - 00:21:21:02] Flint McGlaughlin I'd be interested in a gamified landing page that look like this. And you just come like there's maybe one person to talk to and he welcomes you and there's things that happen. [00:21:22:17 - 00:21:36:01] Flint McGlaughlin I believe the greatest limitation we have has now shifted. And for many of us, it's not intelligence, it's imagination. [00:21:38:13 - 00:21:51:17] Flint McGlaughlin We've placed, we have found a quantity. We can buy GPUs and create a reasoning system that acts as an independent entity. [00:21:54:23 - 00:21:56:06] Flint McGlaughlin It's breathtaking. [00:21:58:07 - 00:21:59:13] Flint McGlaughlin But I'll tell you what it reminds me. [00:22:01:13 - 00:22:05:01] Flint McGlaughlin You know, back to the smartphone metaphor. [00:22:06:17 - 00:22:08:18] Flint McGlaughlin Before the smartphone was a rotary phone. [00:22:10:00 - 00:22:29:08] Flint McGlaughlin And I remember when they were party lines. I'm that old. When you went to my mom's house, you were on a party line. And when you were at my wife's parents' place, you were on a party line and you could literally hear all the gossip of U. Lee, Florida on that party line. It was just like a Mayberry movie, right? [00:22:30:11 - 00:22:45:17] Flint McGlaughlin Now comes this rotary and I have privacy. And then comes a flip phone. And man, it's got way more capabilities than my rotary phone, right? And then comes a smartphone. But here's what would happen. How many of you [00:22:48:06 - 00:22:53:04] Flint McGlaughlin carry around a smartphone and all you ever do on it is just answer the phone and make a call? [00:22:54:23 - 00:22:55:23] Flint McGlaughlin Not many of you, right? [00:22:57:03 - 00:23:15:00] Flint McGlaughlin Because we had to break your habit because that's what a phone was. It was a thing in your pocket for making calls. And that's after it got out of our pocket. It was a big deal. My first car phone was in my car. It was attached to the car. And I had to, you know, I went to a bag phone and then I was carrying it around like it all the way to what we have today. [00:23:17:06 - 00:23:22:09] Flint McGlaughlin AI is giving you a smartphone and we're still just trying to figure out how to dial and make calls. [00:23:25:02 - 00:23:51:00] Flint McGlaughlin We need to rethink fundamental aspects of our society. And you're looking at one, rethinking how a church would go digital and still experience something like a community. I think that it's not just that what you see here, it's the lateral thinking that you need to think about that could empower you in such, you know, in a way to do something no one could do before. Okay, Bill, anything you wanted to say about this? [00:23:52:15 - 00:23:53:01] Bill Giovannetti Well, [00:23:54:05 - 00:23:59:13] Bill Giovannetti I did play with skinning it. So my, I mean, that's obviously a... [00:23:59:13 - 00:24:02:19] Flint McGlaughlin We talked about that. Yeah. Did you do something? I [00:24:02:19 - 00:24:30:24] Bill Giovannetti made an urban, like a sophisticated urban downtown one and I'm going to, and the user can choose. You can choose their avatar. I've only got two so far, a male and a female. But then I'm going to choose like different scenes. So it'll all be the same thing with just different skins. But that's not live on that site. It's not pushed live yet. So... Okay. All right. All right. Well, then... So like, I'm going to do like [00:24:31:24 - 00:24:32:09] Bill Giovannetti a [00:24:33:15 - 00:24:36:21] Bill Giovannetti more greedy urban downtown. I'll do, I could do a, [00:24:37:21 - 00:24:43:20] Bill Giovannetti like, you suggest like, skateboard park. You know, I mean, who's your target? Who's your ICP? [00:24:45:03 - 00:24:45:18] Bill Giovannetti So [00:24:46:23 - 00:25:02:00] Bill Giovannetti this lends itself. And if you look at the top left, the name on there says, The Church Everywhere Community. That's the brand of Pathway Church. That's my church, wants to use it. So it could be a franchise model. [00:25:03:09 - 00:25:17:16] Flint McGlaughlin And Bill, I'm just, I don't think people know this part. And it might, maybe it's in the cafe. I'm not sure where it is, but I can, I can also go and like, there's a place where I can connect with other people and actually sit down and meet them in person. [00:25:17:16 - 00:25:20:10] Bill Giovannetti Right. So yeah, that would be, so you, [00:25:21:21 - 00:25:30:15] Bill Giovannetti the thing I got to do is, so if you go on the bottom center, that's Barnabas, but that's not the one to go to. The one you would want would be [00:25:31:22 - 00:25:39:01] Bill Giovannetti in the workshop to the bottom left. Yeah. And then on the right is Silas. Is there Silas in there? [00:25:39:01 - 00:25:39:20] Flint McGlaughlin Barnabas and Tammithan. [00:25:42:01 - 00:25:45:03] Bill Giovannetti Yeah. I don't know. I don't know. I'm lost in my own little city there, but [00:25:46:13 - 00:25:47:17] Bill Giovannetti Barnabas would tell you, [00:25:49:11 - 00:25:53:19] Bill Giovannetti Barnabas is the general help, help guy. You just ask him, where's Silas? [00:25:58:08 - 00:25:59:13] Bill Giovannetti So Silas would... [00:26:00:24 - 00:26:08:07] Bill Giovannetti How much of this do you build in McLabJI? Most of it. If you click the plus sign, it'll open up Silas. [00:26:10:06 - 00:26:13:15] Bill Giovannetti Going to the church. Oh, that's where he's at. Top left. He's in the church. [00:26:17:01 - 00:26:19:14] Bill Giovannetti Yeah. And in the lobby there is [00:26:20:22 - 00:26:21:22] Bill Giovannetti Silas. [00:26:21:22 - 00:26:30:07] Flint McGlaughlin Look, looking for a real in-person community, Silas finds an outpost near you, a 60-minute sermon discussion group at a coffee shop or helps you start one. [00:26:30:07 - 00:26:54:04] Bill Giovannetti So the map, you could chat with them, but the map is we're going to have all our church small groups there, but then anyone anywhere can start a small group. And I actually have an agent built that will give you, if you want to start one, say you're in Nashville or wherever you're at, at a coffee shop will give you everything you need to facilitate a one-hour discussion on that week's message and no pressure, [00:26:55:24 - 00:27:06:00] Bill Giovannetti that kind of a thing. And there's actually a, the funnel will walk people through to inviting them to start one of those. And [00:27:07:06 - 00:27:09:04] Bill Giovannetti there's an application form [00:27:10:18 - 00:27:12:19] Bill Giovannetti that's built into Silas there. So. [00:27:12:19 - 00:27:32:06] Flint McGlaughlin So I'm going to pause right there, folks. First of all, if you haven't already done so, it seems appropriate to send him a little encouragement through chat. Don't you think he's done something in it? Well, they've done it. I appreciate it. Are they? Very cool. All right. Now I'm going to pull back for a moment. I'm going to shift gears with us. It is 8 36. [00:27:33:11 - 00:27:37:00] Flint McGlaughlin Any thoughts or comments about what we've seen so far? Yes, John? [00:27:37:00 - 00:27:41:04] John Bush Can I ask you questions, Bill? If I'm on your site, do I show up now in your map? [00:27:42:07 - 00:27:42:16] Bill Giovannetti No. [00:27:43:18 - 00:27:51:18] Bill Giovannetti No, only if you started a group and what we're doing, we're putting money behind it. So if you wanted to start a group in what's your city? [00:27:53:11 - 00:28:04:11] Bill Giovannetti Toronto. So you want to start a discussion group for this material in Toronto. We would put you on the map and we would advertise your gathering at Starbucks [00:28:05:13 - 00:28:07:23] Bill Giovannetti on 3rd and main Thursday [00:28:09:01 - 00:28:23:09] Bill Giovannetti nights at 6 p.m. gathering. Come and join us. And we'll do social media ad spend to invite people who are looking for a Bible-based, grace-based discussion group. Come and join us. [00:28:23:09 - 00:28:25:05] John Bush We use Tim Hortons, but I get the picture. [00:28:26:17 - 00:28:27:06] John Bush Tim Hortons. [00:28:27:06 - 00:28:28:06] Bill Giovannetti Yeah, I got it. I got it. [00:28:28:06 - 00:28:29:00] John Bush Question for you. [00:28:30:05 - 00:28:31:10] John Bush You've got a framework now. [00:28:32:10 - 00:28:33:20] John Bush Say I wanted to have [00:28:35:06 - 00:28:58:03] John Bush a circle with five lawnmowers. Right. And I can explore the lawnmower. All the product specs, the features, the functions, talk to maybe a character that's an expert in that type of a lawnmower. Anything. You've got the framework built now, right? Anything is doable. Yeah. You got the schematics? Add money and stir. Okay. [00:28:58:03 - 00:29:00:11] Bill Giovannetti Yeah. You got the schematics? It's just, [00:29:02:16 - 00:29:03:01] Bill Giovannetti yeah. [00:29:04:14 - 00:29:06:08] Bill Giovannetti Anything is doable. [00:29:06:08 - 00:29:08:22] Flint McGlaughlin And guys, this is... So, [00:29:11:16 - 00:29:13:18] Flint McGlaughlin Bill, did you use your Claude skill with this? [00:29:13:18 - 00:29:14:09] Bill Giovannetti Yeah. [00:29:14:09 - 00:29:15:13] Flint McGlaughlin Okay. [00:29:15:13 - 00:29:26:10] Bill Giovannetti And I used the Claude skill. Well, I'm using it on three platforms. I use it on Claude, Chat, GPT, and another platform. I just call it Agent Zero, which is open source using open source [00:29:27:11 - 00:29:47:13] Bill Giovannetti LLMs, and it works. So, I just built one yesterday. I saw an awesome YouTube video by some guy. I just gave it this transcript and said, "Use Mecklabs AI to build a tool to allow consultations based on material in this video." And that's what was cooking while we were talking yesterday. [00:29:47:13 - 00:30:03:12] Flint McGlaughlin So, let everybody hear that for a moment. Now, we're getting to the content I have in front of us. So, I'm slowing down because that's a powerful piece of content. So, I'm going to interview you for a second. So, you saw a video. Yes. And it had good content. What got your... [00:30:03:12 - 00:30:07:08] Bill Giovannetti It had great content and a great framework for doing consultations. And I thought, [00:30:08:18 - 00:30:40:23] Bill Giovannetti this is the kind of consultation I would do with a church at a high level. And I love the framework. So, I just took the video transcript. I gave it to Cloud Code and said, "Use the Mecklabs AI skill to build an agent that will walk me through walking a business, a church, or an organization, or school through this framework for increasing their bottom line." [00:30:40:23 - 00:31:02:15] Flint McGlaughlin Okay. So, the framework's in the video. Then all you did was give the video transcript or the video to Claude. I assume it was Claude or one of your agents. Yeah. No, it was Claude. No, no. Codex. Codex. Okay. Codex. And then CPT and Codex went to Mecklabs AI and built... Yes. [00:31:03:15 - 00:31:10:16] Bill Giovannetti Yeah. And you could see Mecklabs working back... It was good. I was bouncing back. And it's fun to see. I mean, it took a long time. [00:31:12:00 - 00:31:13:19] Bill Giovannetti But you just go do other stuff. [00:31:13:19 - 00:31:25:23] Flint McGlaughlin Yeah. Yeah. It's true. It does. I mean, I just did three builds this morning and it took an hour for the longest one because of the testing that's going on. But we do have a fix-in to cut that time in half. Even though... [00:31:25:23 - 00:31:50:11] Bill Giovannetti Well, this one is cool because every agent... Most of the agents I have built already, but I had to build a significant new ones. And it just built them. So, it's agent. And then... So, here's the secret. Do you guys know how there's an agent ID number in the URL of every expert? [00:31:51:21 - 00:31:54:01] Bill Giovannetti All I did was give it that number. [00:31:55:17 - 00:31:59:16] Bill Giovannetti I don't know how many agents are in that map altogether. It's probably 30. [00:32:00:23 - 00:32:04:19] Bill Giovannetti If you were to look at the ADS that's powering it, there's only four. [00:32:04:19 - 00:32:09:19] John Bush That's what I was going to ask you. So, there's four ADSes in each one called a different agent... ...based on where you are? [00:32:09:19 - 00:32:20:02] Bill Giovannetti No. There's one ADS. Okay. And you know the section where you add your agents and your experts in apps? I've only added four experts there. [00:32:20:02 - 00:32:22:22] John Bush Okay. But there's 30 experts you said. [00:32:22:22 - 00:32:25:03] Bill Giovannetti Only by ID. [00:32:27:05 - 00:32:32:12] Bill Giovannetti Got it. So, I think this is a superpower that Mac Devs AI doesn't even know it has. [00:32:33:24 - 00:32:35:21] Bill Giovannetti It can summon these [00:32:37:07 - 00:32:42:19] Bill Giovannetti experts from the backend just via the ID number. [00:32:42:19 - 00:32:45:19] Flint McGlaughlin John, you and I talked about this last week because I had theory. [00:32:45:19 - 00:32:49:17] Bill Giovannetti Are you tracking under the... Don't lock that down, Azad. [00:32:49:17 - 00:33:13:05] Azad Abdullahi I'm not locking it down. So, it is intentional. Oh, I love it. Yeah. So, if you even look at the normal ID list when you're trying to do a load ADS file, but an ID still allows you to choose or look at the IDs that are not already allocated in that ADS. As long as they're in your account and you have the right permissions. [00:33:14:14 - 00:33:24:13] Bill Giovannetti Cool. Okay. So, it's so simple. It's so simple because when you're building the expert, double-click that little number up there in the URL. [00:33:24:13 - 00:33:31:08] Azad Abdullahi It was one of the things I looked at for Kita's solution, but because Kita has people switching, [00:33:32:22 - 00:33:37:04] Azad Abdullahi that's why it was more complicated in her case. Oh, I see Kita has a question. [00:33:43:05 - 00:34:03:00] Keitha Maciel Well, I have to play with it. It's amazing, Bill. But my question is kind of what we're talking about. So, in one of those little houses, it had a list of different agents that they can talk to or experts or should I say, are they experts or are they agents? But it was like a list. [00:34:03:00 - 00:34:05:01] Bill Giovannetti There are experts. There are MEK Labs experts. [00:34:05:01 - 00:34:07:01] Keitha Maciel Experts. Okay. So, [00:34:08:01 - 00:34:13:06] Keitha Maciel in the skill, did it create... I see that you have them listed. [00:34:14:10 - 00:34:18:14] Keitha Maciel Did it automatically create that for the listing or... [00:34:18:14 - 00:34:54:07] Bill Giovannetti No, I had to tell it. Some of this is Claude. This Claude alone, without necessarily MEK Labs, but the core of it was using the skill. And then the artwork is one of my agents I built that does art. It took me... I went through... I mean, just so you understand, this is probably version 40 of that picture. And then I had Claude add light motion to it. I didn't want to be distracting, but you can see the smoke coming out of the chimneys is moving, the water fountain in the middle is moving. The guy [00:34:55:23 - 00:35:00:10] Bill Giovannetti in the middle that says you, you can literally mouse over him and move him wherever you want. [00:35:00:10 - 00:35:01:09] Flint McGlaughlin Yeah. [00:35:02:11 - 00:35:08:08] Flint McGlaughlin I'm going to give him a bow. And then I've got a whole different set of places to send my guy. [00:35:10:10 - 00:35:10:13] Bill Giovannetti The [00:35:12:13 - 00:35:16:07] Bill Giovannetti house in the top right is a place holder for something I want to do later. [00:35:17:18 - 00:35:38:14] Bill Giovannetti But the skins all have that exact same configuration. So, all I have to do is redo the images. Like when you click any one of those buildings, there's an image that pops up. I just have to redo those images to be in keeping with whatever the new skin would be. Yeah. [00:35:38:14 - 00:35:42:21] John Bush Bill, this is the Sims. Could you have some fun? [00:35:43:24 - 00:35:48:13] Bill Giovannetti Someone texted me, this is a cross between Hallmark and Sims. [00:35:48:13 - 00:35:50:20] John Bush Oh yeah, no question. So here's a question for you. [00:35:50:20 - 00:35:51:23] Bill Giovannetti I don't know what Sims is. [00:35:51:23 - 00:35:55:05] John Bush I've never been to see the Coke machine on the bottom, right? [00:35:55:05 - 00:35:55:18] Bill Giovannetti Yeah. [00:35:55:18 - 00:36:06:02] John Bush Make that an expert just for fun. Like that you can get it enjoyed to ask about the product and what could you get and stuff like that. Like this is pretty sick, Bill. [00:36:06:02 - 00:36:17:00] Bill Giovannetti Yeah. Like one of the last things I did was create a bunch of little that like that Coke machine, the art easel, just little random barrels and stuff to place around. [00:36:19:07 - 00:36:21:14] John Bush People will pay to sponsor that, Bill. [00:36:23:22 - 00:36:30:22] Flint McGlaughlin That's good. Yeah. So Leon, when you're thinking about real estate, there might be something here for you to think about. [00:36:30:22 - 00:36:32:15] John Bush Oh yeah, in the neighborhood. [00:36:32:15 - 00:36:37:09] Bill Giovannetti Yeah, I've been thinking about that. Well, it always gets me thinking. [00:36:38:22 - 00:36:42:06] Flint McGlaughlin Yeah. And guys, now I want to say this to you again. [00:36:43:21 - 00:37:02:07] Flint McGlaughlin Bill didn't go... Bill had an idea. He applied his intelligence. We can all do that. Okay. But Bill built this with a Claude skill, right? If he can build it with a Claude skill, you can too. All you'd have to do is just keep pushing, keep asking, keep improving and refine it. [00:37:03:16 - 00:37:14:21] Flint McGlaughlin You know, I complain that it's taking me an hour to do something that I'm trying to, as odd knows, I'm trying to get down to 35 minutes, but that same thing took three months to do. [00:37:14:21 - 00:37:25:10] Bill Giovannetti It took two months to do and $20,000. Yeah. Or more. Yeah. I mean, most of these agents I've already built, I mean, experts I've already built. [00:37:26:16 - 00:37:47:01] Bill Giovannetti I mean, because I've been building church stuff since McLeib's day of my year. I was born. And so now I've got a better home for them. And just thinking that of what Peter, you said about people pushing back against some, like the chat bots and everything. I wanted an interface that didn't seem technical. [00:37:49:18 - 00:38:00:05] Flint McGlaughlin Now, with a headless, you see, look at me, folks, and learn. This one on the right is like an iframe, right? But if this was a headless install, let me tell you what could happen. [00:38:01:08 - 00:38:04:23] Flint McGlaughlin Do you see the church steeple right over here on the left? [00:38:06:00 - 00:38:21:04] Flint McGlaughlin The church steeple, I've got to highlight it. You see the church right above here in those trees, we could have a conversation unfolding in real time back and forth, where like you could have an interaction window anywhere on here. If you want that, this completely goes away. [00:38:22:06 - 00:38:56:10] Flint McGlaughlin And something different happens. And maybe, Bill, it's also like framed in a pretty picture that makes sense. Like it pops up as something and there's interaction. And it has none of this on the left that you don't need. And it doesn't have any look like this. All it has is those four experts ready to work together the way they currently are in the ADS. But visually, it's embedded right into this imagery that we have here. And all that goes away. Now, I'm not saying, Bill, you need to do that because this doesn't, [00:38:57:16 - 00:39:03:17] Flint McGlaughlin this feels pretty powerful, what you have over here. And what happens also, I don't know, I see there's voice conversation. Have you tried that [00:39:03:17 - 00:39:11:07] Bill Giovannetti I haven't configured any of them. I turned it on. This is brand new. I mean, I know I haven't configured any. [00:39:11:07 - 00:39:20:02] Flint McGlaughlin I haven't tried it. If you get voice working, this whole thing just becomes talking back and forth. Right. And the power of that is enormous. [00:39:21:05 - 00:39:29:00] Flint McGlaughlin Now, I'm going to pause there because we have limited time. And I'm going to use that time. Well, any other questions or thoughts before I move on? [00:39:31:09 - 00:39:38:02] Bill Giovannetti I would just add that I wanted to use the TMT, I forget what it stands for, the [00:39:40:10 - 00:39:41:13] Bill Giovannetti messaging system, [00:39:41:13 - 00:39:43:19] Flint McGlaughlin TMD, targeted message delivery. [00:39:43:19 - 00:39:51:08] Bill Giovannetti Yes. But I did find through Claude that you can only have one form. I wanted to use it for a form. [00:39:52:16 - 00:40:07:16] Bill Giovannetti Okay. It's a cool thing though. You could say, if someone asks about this, this, or this pop up that. And I wanted it to pop up a form, but because I have more than one of those, one ADS can only have one, [00:40:08:24 - 00:40:12:02] Bill Giovannetti unless I'm misunderstanding, it can only have one form. [00:40:12:02 - 00:40:14:16] Flint McGlaughlin Unless you use it at the smart display level. [00:40:16:05 - 00:40:18:19] Bill Giovannetti Okay. Well, I don't want to hijack. So, okay. [00:40:18:19 - 00:40:21:03] Flint McGlaughlin You can have multiple forms at the smart display level. [00:40:22:13 - 00:40:23:22] Flint McGlaughlin We could talk about that, but [00:40:24:23 - 00:40:27:20] Flint McGlaughlin in fact, I use multiple forms at the smart display level right now. [00:40:27:20 - 00:40:28:12] Bill Giovannetti Okay. [00:40:28:12 - 00:40:45:09] Flint McGlaughlin And so, we can talk more about that. Also, I will tell you this, Bill, the changes that may not seem like much that Azad talked about to the agent delivery system that he's making will make all of this more elegant and usable and attractive, even the way it's i-framed. It's [00:40:47:08 - 00:41:12:15] Flint McGlaughlin really tight, what we're about to release. Probably, we've hedged and we're going to keep hedging and say the first of next week, but we're supposed to be done this week with the agent delivery system upgrades. So, you'll have that also. All right, team, let's take all of this and let's put it together. What I would have hoped that you walk away with at this present moment from this meeting, let me just list it real quick. [00:41:14:03 - 00:41:16:24] Flint McGlaughlin I would walk away with a thought that if [00:41:18:15 - 00:41:30:15] Flint McGlaughlin I could just use my imagination, then the other things that were holding me back are mostly gone, and I can try new things like what you see here that are completely wrapped. You could walk away. [00:41:31:18 - 00:41:44:09] Flint McGlaughlin Another point I would walk away from is that we want to avoid being swept into the chatbot bucket by someone, and we need to look for continuous ways to keep that from happening. [00:41:45:19 - 00:41:48:07] Flint McGlaughlin That's a third thing you should walk away with is that [00:41:50:13 - 00:41:57:03] Flint McGlaughlin there are a number of critical changes happening this week and next week they're going to improve the entire experience. [00:41:58:04 - 00:42:01:12] Flint McGlaughlin Although Azad hasn't said this much, I want to say this. [00:42:02:21 - 00:42:26:03] Flint McGlaughlin The big focus beyond getting that speed piece done that you heard him talking about is the MCP server. At that point, a lot of what you're doing in Claude, there's going to be more. It's going to get even easier and faster and better, and I'm going to show you that in about three weeks. I'll show you the new world. MCP servers are going to open a new world.
