[00:00:00:03 - 00:02:54:13] Daniel Burstein Those have been with us for a while. You know the history of MECLABS AI. They'll set it up very briefly before we bring on the stars of the show who are going to show you what's going on with the next version of MECLABS AI. But MECLABS, the Institute, has been around for a very long time, since the late 90s, founded by Flint McLaughlin. I'm going to mention him in a second and tell the kind of big background there. But MECLABS AI, the nexus of this started, let's say, 240 days before chat, GPT even began when we bartended these little cohort groups. And I see Len Nodding, I think he was part of some of those early cohorts. We brought together these cohort groups and said, "What is this AI thing?" Trying to figure it out with a group and research. And that turned into actually building our own AI, MECLABS AI, which has turned into, had many iterations over the years. And what you'll hear from kind of at the second half is our head of product, Azad Abdullahi, who's going to kind of gaze into his crystal ball and show you what the next version of MECLABS AI is. Now, crystal ball is probably not even the best thing to call it, maybe just his outlet calendar, because we're very, very close to launching this. It's giving you a sneak peek, but it's a chance to see what some of the future of MECLABS AI will be. But before we introduce him, I want to talk about Flint McLaughlin, who you will be hearing from. So when I say, you know, MECLABS AI, it kind of started 240 days before chat, GPT, because that's when we brought that group together and started focusing on AI. It really started in like the 90s, right? Because that's when many of you know him, but I'm just saying this in case anyone watched the video and doesn't. Flint was kind of one of the founding fathers of digital marketing, A.B. testing, conversion optimization, and like the early days of what the internet even was and figuring out how do we communicate over this new medium. One of my favorite quotes I found trying to set him up and looking for this is this quote from the Washington Post. So I searched originally because Flint was quoted in the Washington Post talking about value proposition during, I think it was the Obama-Rami election. I was looking for that and I found this. This is from 2002 and if you read the quote on my screen, he's talking about top listings on Yahoo for pay phones, right? So that tells you, and I just bring that up because that tells you how long Flint has been thinking about the types of things and working on and researching the types of things that you now see in MECLABS AI, that you're now going to see in the next version of MECLABS AI. When we see an AI out there, you know, now you don't know, is it two guys in a garage just with an AI, like they, and they just started last week, right? But that's what I'm saying. What you're going to hear from Flint is this guy has been through several revolutions. This is just the latest one, right? The whole online revolution, digital marketing, mobile, all that. He's been there through all of that. He owns US patent 8155995. That might be the famous MECLABS conversion heuristics equals 4M that you've seen in the many heuristics behind that and he's an author of the marketers philosopher. And with that, let me turn it over to Flint up on the mountain in Montana. Flint, I can't see you, but I hope you're there. How are you doing today? [00:02:55:16 - 00:03:03:02] Flint McGlaughlin Well, I'm grateful. I think gratitude is the foundation of well-being. I'm grateful for you, Dan. You've been with me about 130 years, it seems. [00:03:05:13 - 00:03:06:23] Flint McGlaughlin I think 17 or 18. [00:03:08:17 - 00:03:32:12] Flint McGlaughlin Yeah, I'm going to start that screen share and then rearrange my, I'll have to rearrange everything once I do. And as I do that screen share, I just want to point out that we have deliberately a small group today. The point of the group is to take some of our users and give them a peek at what's about to hit. And in doing so, set them up to get the most value. And for that very reason, [00:03:33:18 - 00:03:42:19] Flint McGlaughlin we are recording carefully. My executive producer has been with me for years and has recorded all kinds of things. Going all the way back to work we did together for Fox Television and [00:03:44:00 - 00:05:58:11] Flint McGlaughlin others. And so he's with us. He's going to get this recording. We'll disseminate it afterwards. In the meantime, I'm going to set up what you're about to see with a few questions for you. And here's the first question. What do these have in common? So you're looking at a wedding site owned by the Madison Beach Hotel, which is a Hilton. And if I go to their wedding venue pages, I'll see something happen. First of all, you'll see a value proposition module popping up right there. That module was designed in MECLABS to correct for the problems throughout the website with a single powerful value proposition. And it was marketing genius working with value proposition philosopher that produced it. You'll also see, let me accept cookies, that there is a wedding specialist here. And this specialist will not only guide you step by step and help you understand what you need to do, help you get dates, help you get booked, drive you to the phones, create a lead. But she'll also direct you to a wedding calculator. And I'm going to pull that up for you right now, just let you look at this because this is quite different looking than what we've been looking at thus far. And let me see if I can pull that up right now. Yes. Now, this looks substantially different, perhaps, than the agent delivery system that you saw right here. But all the logic and programming for this was developed in MECLABS AI and then a render produced the actual app. This app will calculate your cost, capture the lead, rank the lead, send the lead to the sales team, and even create a custom letter based on the information entered to help the person who gets the lead create a high converting moment with the opportunity. I keep this in mind because the question I'm putting in front of you is what do these have in common? Next is a completely different Hilton venue and you'll see over here is a specialist. Now, what's powering her is something unique. [00:06:00:09 - 00:06:08:09] Flint McGlaughlin In fact, we're just releasing it this week, but it's built now every single day. Every single page of that website is scraped [00:06:09:09 - 00:07:29:16] Flint McGlaughlin and thus all the events, all of the changes to the menu, or anything that changes in the business, which happens regularly because they have a sports bar, all of that is pulled into a library. One of the most original developments in the MECLABS platform was the use of specialized libraries. And that library powers the agent so she can answer your questions. In addition, for those of you that know what I'm about to say, we are dropping in an embed to toast. She will now handle all of your reservations. She will also book your events. Now, I ask a question. What does that have to do with a wedding calculator or with a specialist in weddings over here? This is a restaurant for a sports bar. And I see somebody on the a visionary guy who you need to talk to if you ever decide you're going to value your business or sell it and look right down here what he's got in the front of his website. And by the way, this website was redesigned completely by MECLABS AI and then dropped over to a renderer to produce the final code. But the all the logic, the flow, the eight micro uses, all of it was built in. And now you're looking at a different agent delivery system. Notice it's not the same location. It's powered by something very special. We'll talk about in a moment. [00:07:31:00 - 00:08:04:03] Flint McGlaughlin This is an expert who can talk to you about business valuation. Now, Gary's on the call. And if you have a question for him, you can just chat with him. I see him right now. He has he has my haircut, if you're wondering which guy I'm talking about. And he's not the only one, I think. But Gary is is using this to pre-qualify opportunities. Now, stay with me because I'm going to one more place to show you and then we'll start to see how all this comes together. What is this? Well, if you're a law firm [00:08:05:08 - 00:08:15:02] Flint McGlaughlin and you're trying to do your business plan, it's quite complex. You're now looking at a system that begins by helping you plan what you want to do with your life. [00:08:16:05 - 00:08:48:12] Flint McGlaughlin Then it takes sort of your work life plan, translates it into a business plan by asking a series of questions and then very quickly building and doing all the math for you. And while you're asking the questions, a an adviser styled from the brand after Leonardo da Vinci, Leo, is standing by. This hasn't been released yet, but is standing by to answer all your questions, guide you to the business planning process and produce a final plan with you. In addition, if you have a plan, you can give it to Leo and he'll fix it for you. [00:08:49:22 - 00:08:54:09] Flint McGlaughlin Now, the question I began with is what all these have in common? [00:08:55:18 - 00:09:54:09] Flint McGlaughlin Well, I'm going to tell you the first thing. It is a common marketing product development process. Let's back up from this that you see right here and let's see how we got there. This website is not for the public. This is for the bank labs customer who followed a process to produce the business planning margin system that you just saw. Let's look at what the process was. First, they cataloged all their IP. What do we have to build with? What books, events, PDFs, videos? So that was cataloged by agents. Agents built this page. And then once it was cataloged, the critical customer research, and this is very important what you're about to see, because we're going to we're going to see this achieved, not in three months, which is the shortest timeframe we could normally do it in. And I've seen projects like this go for a year. [00:09:55:22 - 00:10:23:16] Flint McGlaughlin But you're going to see it happen in less than three minutes in a moment. So stand with me. But what you see is all the customer research. There's any of you from the old days that remember the five ways to think about how someone makes decisions, selection, direction, all that research is right here. That was all done with marketing genius from the my club's platform. And then these profiles were built. These are ideal customers for the product. [00:10:24:23 - 00:10:31:01] Flint McGlaughlin Now, how many of you know the word market fit? You know what that's about. Wave that at me if you understand what market fit means. [00:10:32:04 - 00:10:58:12] Flint McGlaughlin This is a process that if it begins with understanding your ideal customer, and then moves to your customer for solution, and then to your product value prop, it enables market fit, which means you're much more likely going to get a conversion. So this was followed up by what is my customer first solution you remember this to solve by giving an exchange for many of you have seen this before. It's all worked out right here. [00:10:59:24 - 00:11:08:22] Flint McGlaughlin How did all this work get done? Mac Labs agents did this work. But we still have to put it over here and build the plan. Those days are gone. We'll see in a moment. [00:11:10:02 - 00:11:50:01] Flint McGlaughlin Now, once you get the customer first research, it's time to get the value prop for what we're going to build. Here's a checklist. Here's the errors that we wanted to protect against. And this is the beginning of all the work on the value prop and you can see where it's followed the heuristics, the Mac Labs methodology to produce a clean, clear answer to the value prop question. And I'll just pause right there. Because what you're seeing is customer research, it's about to produce specs. Here's the three questions we really are answering. Who am I going to serve? What problem am I going to solve for them? Why are they going to choose the solution I give them over all the others? [00:11:51:03 - 00:12:18:05] Flint McGlaughlin Until you know the answer to those three questions, you are not ready to release a product. If you're a mid market company and maybe you've got a long history of success, you still need to go through this exact process and get it dialed in, or you're going to have way too many tries and far less wins, far less successes. Your marketing is going to cost more. It's going to take more ad spin. It's going to take a lot longer or you'll get lucky. But no one wants to build a business online. [00:12:20:04 - 00:12:23:04] Flint McGlaughlin That's a different game. That's a sport. We're not in a sport here. [00:12:24:18 - 00:12:32:13] Flint McGlaughlin So once I have answered those three questions, I'm ready now to spec what I'm going to build. [00:12:33:17 - 00:12:41:19] Flint McGlaughlin And this spec really consider it a value proposition amplifier. Because if I click on the specs page, [00:12:43:06 - 00:12:43:23] Flint McGlaughlin let's go with [00:12:46:20 - 00:12:49:08] Flint McGlaughlin business advisor prep. That's the one you were just looking at. [00:12:50:11 - 00:12:53:24] Flint McGlaughlin What you'll see is all of the work coming together. [00:12:55:13 - 00:13:15:10] Flint McGlaughlin The template of the business plan that they gave us, which was a complex spreadsheet. This is all the logic of the spreadsheet. All that layers into a spec. And you can actually see the spec probably here better. There it is. Keep this picture in mind. There is a reason for every word I'm saying right now. [00:13:16:16 - 00:13:24:06] Flint McGlaughlin The customer research helped us spec a new kind of power in the world. Something that never existed before. [00:13:25:13 - 00:13:30:03] Flint McGlaughlin A new way to deliver a value proposition. A value proposition amplifier. [00:13:31:12 - 00:13:39:10] Flint McGlaughlin So then what you're really looking at is the common denominator between all of the things we looked at at the opening. [00:13:41:00 - 00:13:52:00] Flint McGlaughlin Is right here in this process of customer research. Identifying the answers to three critical questions. Specking the build. [00:13:53:00 - 00:14:03:09] Flint McGlaughlin So the answer, what do they have in common? They have a common marketing and product development process. But there's one more piece they have in common. If I were to take any one of these [00:14:04:15 - 00:14:06:19] Flint McGlaughlin and go into the back end of MECLABS AI. [00:14:07:23 - 00:14:19:07] Flint McGlaughlin I think it's safe to say this. I think I can say it without any hyperbole. You would have the most optimized set of conversion levers in the world for creating a platform, a product [00:14:20:08 - 00:15:09:14] Flint McGlaughlin that sells, that people buy. Now, I'm not going to take you into the back end. You've seen it before. All of that you'll see in a moment in a new way. But what makes this spec so powerful is not what you see in the picture. It's what is beneath that picture. Underneath that hood, I can dial in the messaging, the timing, the frequencies. I can dial in the metrics, the analytics. I can port it into any website, any web page. And it's not a chatbot. And by the way, you may see this is just one vehicle. It doesn't look anything like this. You can build all sorts of things. You can make that chatbot for those of you that are technical. You can make the ADS that you saw here headless, which means it just is absorbed into your web page. You don't even see the container and agents are in your web page. [00:15:10:20 - 00:16:11:05] Flint McGlaughlin In fact, we're about to release the future of web pages, which is the intelligent web page. Your current web pages are like a flip phone. What happens when the smartphone comes along? Your web page should be intelligent. It should arrange itself for conversion based on who it's communicating with. And that's another one of these deployment systems. Now, I just said deployment system. You're going to see as I'll touch that. In the end, all we do is take that marketing that you just saw here. I do customer, customer face solution, product value prompt. And then we take the IP that's over right here, look at this IP catalog, and we create an intelligence package, which is a combination of basically agents that take three forms, an expert in that library. But once you've got the intelligence package, how do you port it? You can't do that with chat GPT. You can't do it with Claude. You can't do it with these little tools. How do you port it into a self contained standalone system? [00:16:12:11 - 00:16:13:17] Flint McGlaughlin You need a deployment system. [00:16:14:18 - 00:16:30:10] Flint McGlaughlin And there are multiple ways that you can deploy your intelligence package on the platform. So I was going to share that with you in a moment. You're looking at just one of them. But here's another one. It's a combination of two actually. And, and you'll hear more as this unfolds. So, [00:16:31:15 - 00:16:43:15] Flint McGlaughlin if you're here right now, and you want to create new value that you could sell into the world. This is a moment in our history. I think it's a moment in the history of AI. [00:16:44:15 - 00:16:50:03] Flint McGlaughlin It's just a small group here. We didn't intend for it to be a large group. The big events are coming. [00:16:51:08 - 00:16:57:03] Flint McGlaughlin But some of you have been on the journey with us a long time. And we want you to see where it was always going. [00:16:58:16 - 00:17:03:12] Flint McGlaughlin We are going to show you the world's first automated commercialization engine. [00:17:04:16 - 00:17:17:10] Flint McGlaughlin A system that will build your platform. Take your product, take your value prop and transform it into an in market product. And it will go from an idea, all the way to ready to sell. [00:17:18:11 - 00:17:25:16] Flint McGlaughlin Now, that's the first phase of this system. Pretty soon, it will also do your advertising and your testing. [00:17:26:21 - 00:17:52:13] Flint McGlaughlin I'd like to imagine that when you get done seeing what Azad shares, Toby, you could be sitting on the beach in Greece with your phone and slack a message to your director of product on the platform and say he had this idea. What do you think? And in a few moments, it goes to work building it puts it in markets starts reporting metrics back to you. That's where this is going. And with that, I'm going to turn this over to Azad. But before we do, [00:17:53:15 - 00:18:03:05] Flint McGlaughlin here's what I'm going to ask you to do in chat. Okay. First of all, there I see, like, Brett, I recognize your name, but I haven't seen you on as many of these events. Welcome, by the way. [00:18:04:07 - 00:18:19:16] Flint McGlaughlin Feel free to introduce yourself and chat and also feel free to tell us what the number one thing you wish you could solve with AI was. I'd love to see your comments. You got chat in front of you. But Azad is going to take over right now and show you what we're about to release. [00:18:21:02 - 00:18:23:03] Flint McGlaughlin With that, I'll turn it over to Azad. [00:18:24:11 - 00:18:58:20] Azad Abdullahi Thanks, Flint. So for those of you who don't know me, I'm Azad Abdullahi. I'm the head of product at MECLABS AI. And today I would like to take you through some of the exciting new changes on our build process with our new what we're calling internally project-based revamp of our UX. Now, one of the biggest parts from what you'd have taken away from Flint's conversation is how we are constantly following a build process and that ideology spilling forth into our [00:19:00:00 - 00:19:50:08] Azad Abdullahi building capabilities internally on the product. And so one of the interesting parts you would be most likely interested in on the new MECLABS AI experience is the ability to build your product. And so building your product right here would be possible in two different ways. In this particular demo, I'm going to take you through building with a blueprint, but understand that we also have a step-by-step building process. And so building with the blueprint will essentially allow you build with a framework of learnings that we have already been able to take from the industry and learn from and allow you to put together a very capable product very simply by providing your IP and a little bit of instruction. So in this case, I'm going to start with an electric automation [00:19:51:23 - 00:20:34:00] Azad Abdullahi blueprint. And in this case, I'll be using the website BYD as an example. BYD is an EV company from China. So I just chose them because it matches what the blueprint was based off of. Now I should preface this by saying that there will be a plethora of blueprints available at launch. And obviously I'm just using some sample ones now not to give up the secret sauce so soon. And so I'm going to hit begin. And this is going to help generate my ICP, that's my ideal customer profile, as well as my customer for a solution and my value proposition. So I'm just going to give it a second for it to gather those and then put those together for me. [00:20:43:22 - 00:21:44:05] Azad Abdullahi Okay, looks like we're already done. And as you can see right here, it has already put together my ideal customer profile for me. As you can see, this is Sarah, she's a software engineer living in San Francisco. She is passionate about technology and she's currently looking to get an electric car so she's doing some research. And if you look at the critical thinking factors right here, all of this is already gathered for you just based off of the blueprint dynamic that you have selected. She's environmentally conscious, she's tech savvy, you know, she's confidently looking to select an ideal electric vehicle. And when we scroll on down to our customer for solution you can already see that ideally the objective is to confidently choose the best electric vehicle option that perfectly fits their lifestyle, driving needs and environmental values. And then also, we can see that we have our value proposition here, where we can break that down into. [00:21:45:10 - 00:23:23:12] Azad Abdullahi If I am your ideal customer, why should I choose your customer for a solution, and we have the idea of ours is to confidently select the perfect electric vehicle for your lifestyle, be why do you being mentioned here because that is the brand that I put in to be able to scrape their website and also build the solution off of. Now interesting to note is that if you don't have a website, we also just allow you to provide your information about your brand in a written format, as well as the fact that if you also don't have a business already, you can also do this with your competitors brand just already start getting some ideas as to what you could be doing. So, moving on from this I'm going to move on to the spec stage as I'm pretty happy with the result that we've generated. And so we're going to look forward to having a product blueprint generated for us. And this is really just a plan to show exactly what our system is proposing that it is going to build in order to satisfy the requirements for the product brief that was put in place in the first step. And so now we can see that it is going to give us a PYD EV conversion widget stack, which is just proposing that it is going to provide me with an expert called the EV buying concierge, a personalized EV advisor and journey, and also a library that's just global EV data and best practices. Now, of course, at any point in time, if you feel like this, if you need some additional expert help, you can always click on these [00:23:24:21 - 00:23:56:09] Azad Abdullahi tools right here where you can click on get expert help and you can reach out and get a real human involved in assisting you with the build process. But you can see more details in terms of what is going to be going into your product spec. And as you can see, this is going to be using an agent delivery system or an ADS as we'd like to call them, which is essentially the conversational widget that someone is going to be able to interact with on your website. So this looks pretty solid [00:23:57:10 - 00:24:02:15] Azad Abdullahi based on what we're trying to do in terms of achieve lead conversion on an EV. [00:24:03:16 - 00:24:07:07] Azad Abdullahi This seems like the way to go. And so I'm going to approve this and continue. [00:24:08:14 - 00:25:31:18] Azad Abdullahi You have the train step, which is skippable, by the way. So you can choose to skip this if you don't have any additional IP to include. Bear in mind that we already provided the website of the company. So that has already been scraped. But say, for example, I wanted to add maybe an additional URL. I can do that right here. And that will be included in the training data that is then going to be used for the build. So I'm happy adding just one more new URL. This URL is a different locale for the UID company. This is now local to the UAE, which is where I reside. And so I just want to make sure that it has all the up to date information on the car selection that they have here. So this seems pretty solid. And so I'm going to go ahead and launch the build. And this is going to take about a minute. And it is going to go through setting up the intelligence package, which is my experts, my apps, my libraries, it is going to go through putting together the deployment, which is setting up that ADS and the monetization options or optimization options that need to be hooked up to that will be done as well. And the conversion science, of course, will be applied. So I'm going to give this minute to just put together and build all that required assets and we will be able to test them pretty shortly. [00:25:32:20 - 00:25:35:12] Flint McGlaughlin While you're building, does anybody have a question? [00:25:35:12 - 00:26:05:14] Daniel Burstein We got a question here earlier from Brett. I can read it to you and we could address it some. Okay. He says a good morning for websites primary value proposition. The only factor is the AI using the mex lab questions. Where am I? What can I do here? If I'm the ideal customer, why should I do it with you versus all the websites back on the cert page? I asked because I'm not sure I'm seeing value propositions on AI built websites like the iconic discover what really works in marketing optimization. Remember that I'm super interested in the power of the AI you are deploying, by the way. [00:26:06:18 - 00:26:11:11] Flint McGlaughlin So I read that too, Brett, and I was trying to make sure I fully understand your question. [00:26:13:08 - 00:26:23:00] Flint McGlaughlin So are you asking, does the mex labs platform produce that type of value proposition? Are you asking, could you rephrase the question for me so I get a stronger understanding? [00:26:24:19 - 00:26:27:07] Brett Do you like my own type of or just ask you here? [00:26:27:07 - 00:26:28:08] Flint McGlaughlin You can just ask me right here. [00:26:28:08 - 00:26:38:13] Brett Sure. Okay. So, and Daniel provides some clarification. So thank you. So I think I've been with you guys since 2003. Right. So long on the tooth here. [00:26:41:02 - 00:27:07:05] Brett I always think that, well, first of all, you changed my career made me a lot of money. So thank you, Dr. McLaughlin. Very, very happy about that. So, and those results came from trying to fall closely to, you know, what I learned in your certifications. And I always think that the, the change on the on the value proposition, you know, makes at least a million dollars in the first year, at least. [00:27:08:15 - 00:27:08:16] Brett And [00:27:09:19 - 00:27:26:11] Brett so when I, when I looked at the legal website, for example, I wasn't seeing something that penetrates the mind and stops the client from searching or stops the visitor from searching as strongly as what I try and emulate on my client sites. [00:27:26:11 - 00:27:41:02] Flint McGlaughlin So, so if you're looking at the legal website, you're not looking at a website that's customer facing with a value prop. This is a tool that they give to their users who are already customers to do their, their business planning each year. [00:27:41:02 - 00:27:43:15] Brett Okay, so it's not to the cold market that makes more sense. [00:27:43:15 - 00:27:52:01] Flint McGlaughlin Yeah, it's, it's, it's they've already paid to access the tool. This is just the tool. And so every year, you know, [00:27:53:04 - 00:28:00:15] Flint McGlaughlin I shouldn't say their number, but hundreds and many law firms have to do business planning. This is taking a long process and making it short, fast. [00:28:00:15 - 00:28:08:14] Brett That makes sense. And indoctrinated the audience is different than a visitor searching among 10,000 websites to try and make a decision. Exactly. [00:28:08:14 - 00:28:20:00] Azad Abdullahi Thank you. All right, awesome. So it looks like our build process is done. And we are okay to get into the testing phase. So I'm just going to approve that and continue. [00:28:21:09 - 00:28:24:04] Azad Abdullahi And yeah, I want to test my new product. [00:28:26:13 - 00:29:46:21] Azad Abdullahi So, as I can see right here, I have the expert that I can have conversation with it already comes with some suggested prompts so I could have, I could click one of these to already test its capability in answering based off of telling me the pros and cons of different EV charging standards and what that means for my daily driving. Obviously, this would be one of the concerns that I would have if I am looking to switch from maybe a petrol powered vehicle to an EV powered vehicle. And so this is just going to do some internet search and then give me some information. So I can see I have things along the lines of the AC charging standards DC fast charging, talking about the Tesla supercharger and how that affects me. And then CCS, which is the combined charging system, which is all relevant. And also I can see some library insights as to what exactly a retreat from the library to be able to help me answer these questions. Now of course I can always start a new session. This is your typical ads or your conversation engine, and this will be able to load up on the website. But on top of this ads, which is already pretty powerful in terms of the conversations that I can now have and convert from this into [00:29:48:03 - 00:30:38:17] Azad Abdullahi bookings for a test drive. I also see that it put together a workflow. And so this workflow is essentially asking, walking me through my EV selection guide so I can see it's allowing me to define my ideal electric vehicle and so it's saying the electric vehicle market offers exciting possibilities, the navigation as best best way of models ranges technologies, etc. And so it has then given me a prompt that I can already click on, which will then walk me through being able to select my ideal EV. And just in the interest of time, I'm going to skip some of the additional items, but we can already get an idea of how it's going to walk me step by step through each of the individual [00:30:40:08 - 00:30:55:15] Azad Abdullahi processes that would allow me to arrive at my EV buying decision, as well as scheduling my consultation, which I'm sure even now should already link me to the website. Yes, it does. Fantastic. Alright, so [00:30:56:17 - 00:31:19:12] Azad Abdullahi moving on from this, assuming I'm happy with what I've been able to create, I'm going to approve this and continue. I just want to check one more time on my 80s maybe I want to ask one more question just to see that all is well so let me start a new chat for that. And I can say I'm worried about range anxiety, which is a big concern for those who are into EVs, and so I can ask a question about that. [00:31:20:13 - 00:31:33:12] Azad Abdullahi And yeah, it should be able to generate for me answers as much as possible to just be able to call all my concerns and push me just a little bit further into making that purchase decision. [00:31:36:08 - 00:32:30:11] Azad Abdullahi Okay, so in this case, to address my range anxiety has given me the different real world ranges of some of the vehicle models that the ID offers. Fantastic. So I'm pretty confident that everything seems to be working pretty well. And I'm happy with my EV buying concierge. And I'm going to approve and continue. And at this point in time, I have the ability to go to market so I can already copy my preview link, my embed code which I can just put into the header section of my website, and already have the ads loaded up on my website, or I can configure this to be able to do more. Now, if I for example, paste that in my link, so I've copied my preview link, and I paste that in right here, I can already see that that is going to be running pretty smoothly on a preview of the website that I already provided earlier. But now I can already simulate what it would be like to have [00:32:31:14 - 00:32:34:02] Azad Abdullahi this ads running up on my site. [00:32:37:10 - 00:32:38:12] Azad Abdullahi Yeah, there we go. [00:32:40:05 - 00:32:48:22] Azad Abdullahi Running pretty smoothly and just adding your embed code on your header section of your website should already have this working for you as well. [00:32:50:01 - 00:34:30:02] Azad Abdullahi So I'm pretty happy with all of this. And in that case, I'm ready to save and close. And so typically, if you have been familiar with my club's AI building processes before you would have been thinking about the different individual elements of this product on their own. But now we also allow you to think of products as entire packages. So if I want to revisit this whole product that I've built as a full product, meaning I want to look at the brief, I want to look at the plan, even after saving and closing because I'm happy with the build process. Under the optimization option right here, I can see an option called my products, and I can pull up the products that I just built. And that right here is this BYD EV conversion widget stack. And of course, I can look at the brief that was used, I can look at the blueprint that was used, I can look at the product preview once again, the workflow, and I can still see the product settings. Now, this is a lot of the power of the new building experience, and it helps to remove some of the complexity of you having to be an expert on different individual pieces of our system, and it creates a lot of those assets for you. For example, if you'd have noticed, the app was already created for you. And so you didn't need to become an expert on how to make apps. And so in this BYD EV lifestyle advisor app, it was going to already provide me a three step walkthrough of how I can arrive at my EV purchasing decision. And you didn't even have to know how to make apps on our system, unlike before. So pretty awesome. [00:34:31:12 - 00:37:18:03] Azad Abdullahi From there, I'm going to actually transition into now that I've shown a lot of the new, what exactly for our existing users, what does that mean for what you've been creating previously? Now, I would like to first of all start off by mentioning that everything that you could do before, you can still do, and all your assets already still exist. There will no need, there will be no need to do some kind of transition of your assets or go in and edit anything that you've already created previously. All of those particular elements will still work as they already do now. All your active ADSes will continue to be active and live. And in terms of accessing some of those aspects that you're previously familiar with, they will now be under your intelligence package for the Adam level items such as experts apps like every reason prompts. Your deployments will then hold your deployment system such as ADS workflows, phone to agent, which allows you to hook up your agent to a phone as one of the potential deployments. Monetization options is where you will then be able to find your strap connector options, export and import webhooks and MCP servers. And then the optimization section is where you find your analytics and reporting, as well as your products. Now for more advanced users, you may be able to look into getting into our run, optimize and iterate plans, but that will require to reach out to a member of our team. So yeah, that covers the vast majority of the interactions that I wanted to show you today. I think another important thing to note is we now have credit tracking on the platform. And so for most users, this will not impact your use at all. In fact, from our data, all use cases have been accounted for and from every user who has been on any given plan right now, your usage behavior will ensure that you still fall within the monthly allocated credits for each plan here. However, you can see your usage data here. And we do provide a significant amount of transparency in that you can see your usage behavior, you can know down to the very task, what exactly led to the use of any of your tokens. So for example, if I sorted this by chat, I now know that, okay, well, 250 of my credits were used on chat in July of 2026, for example. So lots of functionality there in terms of breaking that down. And should you ever run out of tokens before your monthly quota is renewed, you can always buy additional credits right here. So [00:37:19:10 - 00:38:21:18] Azad Abdullahi I think that covers majority of the teasing that I wanted to do on the product. Of course, there will be a lot more features to discover. And we will be providing as much communication as possible to make sure that you're well aware of what is going on. Of course, if you're ever curious as to some of the product updates on the landing page, you should be able to see the product updates right here. And you can always click on those to be able to get up to speed on any product updates that you may have missed. But typically, when you visit the platform, there will already be a notice screen that gives you all the product updates that you may have missed since the last time we logged in. Yeah, sounds awesome. And of course, if you want to get into the conversations that we will be having, especially around the new experience, or even just going forward in the product building experience, feel free to join the conversation on our circle community, which you can do right here. And yeah, thanks. I hope you're as excited to get started building on this new experience as we are to put it in front of you. Thank you. [00:38:23:01 - 00:38:57:04] Flint McGlaughlin Thank you, Azad. We're almost out of time. I'll tell you what I want to make sure that we don't lose sight of. When you first come in, if you're logged in, you see this, this learning center, and it has circle and has your credentials and has the ability to get answers and question everything that you need to learn. But your primary experience isn't here. And I don't want you to be overwhelmed as I would you just go up to start your build experience and just click on the build right there. So folks, most people are going to come here. And if you are [00:38:58:14 - 00:39:33:11] Flint McGlaughlin logged in, you really have three ways you can do something. Look with me for just a moment. You can choose a blueprint. We're adding those left and right. Those blueprints are quality, already built in market, successful things for your vertical. You can create one of those, select one of those, build one of those. But you can also come in and say I don't know what to build. Click on that for just a moment. Yeah, and now what's going to happen is the director of product that's that lady up at the top is going to start asking you some questions she's going to build your ICP for you. [00:39:34:16 - 00:39:45:06] Flint McGlaughlin She's going to ask you another question and she's going to help you figure out your customer first solution. And I mean this is a powerful engine that helps you locate your customer problems look at it let's pick one there. [00:39:46:15 - 00:40:40:16] Flint McGlaughlin You know, I don't know which option I can trust. Once we know your engine we built a logic that helps you narrow down on the problem. Then she's going to figure out well what can we build that will have a strong value proposition for what Brett said. So Patrick, you could literally come here with your problem, have a conversation with her. She will build your marketing plan and she'll build your specs, and she'll get your approval, and then she'll build your product. And you don't have to know all this other stuff the stuff you're looking at. In fact, that nav collapses over on the left to get out of your way. If you're somebody like Bill who's a power user you may just want to come in and build from scratch. But you've already got a product plan built here, based on your interactions that we just had. You didn't know what you're going to build all you knew is who the client was, or who you business you're in, and she's guided you using the mechanisms methodology to a solution so you have a plan. Prove that plan if you would is odd. [00:40:41:18 - 00:40:58:15] Flint McGlaughlin You can edit it but once you approve it. Now you're going to get specs. And these will really share with you what you would build for that problem. And then you can train it with the IP, test it, and go to market. So I'll stop I mean you can let that come in but my point for you is, [00:40:59:21 - 00:41:28:10] Flint McGlaughlin do not let the power of this overwhelm you because candidly that person at the top the director of product. She is designed so that you can simply talk with her until you arrive at the very best thing to build for your client. She'll not just will she help you build it after you test it, she'll help you fix it, you say I don't like that model can we go faster. She'll suggest three LM you'll say yes and she'll fix the back end for you, so that you have the best LLM. [00:41:29:13 - 00:42:13:11] Flint McGlaughlin So, in a sense, there's almost nothing you need to learn. Most of you already know how to click and fill out a form field, you know answer question, you'll do that. This is sort of your resource center that you can rely on. But don't let it overwhelm you. It's not necessary. It's just there to serve you when you're ready for it. What you really have is something up, then remember the early days are database we created a notion for all the work you did on your market. In order to get ready to create your build. All that's happening here for you without you even taking all the courses and the classes, it's good to learn. But we simply want to help you build something that you can sell well. And that's what the platformers for. [00:42:15:07 - 00:42:17:17] Flint McGlaughlin Any, any questions you have for me. [00:42:20:10 - 00:42:30:15] Patrick I mean, you recommend the blueprint to start. I mean, yeah, for where I'm at I think I looked at was kind of overwhelming when it was, you know, looking at starting from scratch. [00:42:30:15 - 00:42:31:09] Hugo Yeah. [00:42:31:09 - 00:42:33:20] Patrick For me there was nothing in there so. [00:42:34:24 - 00:42:51:11] Flint McGlaughlin Yeah, so, so, so Patrick in your case because you may not see a blueprint that's focused on your type of real estate investor. That second button, you just click that and ask questions and she'll help you arrive at what to build it's quite intuitive. Okay, two buttons. Could you show us those two buttons again is odd. [00:42:54:01 - 00:43:08:05] Flint McGlaughlin So the first button is the blueprint and the second button is sort of a guided conversation. Let me guide you step by step I'd use that when Patrick and talk about. And that's the one that will help you kind of figure out something brand new that nobody's got. [00:43:08:05 - 00:43:09:02] Patrick Okay. [00:43:09:02 - 00:43:12:02] Flint McGlaughlin And as somebody else have a question. [00:43:13:19 - 00:43:14:06] Flint McGlaughlin I'm [00:43:16:04 - 00:43:35:18] Azad Abdullahi already on that since I just wanted to add to the point that the blueprints are going to be frequently updated. So, as we gain new learnings and understanding in the market, you may see that your industry wasn't covered, maybe this week, but then it may be covered in the following week, for example, Hugo has a question. [00:43:37:03 - 00:43:38:04] Flint McGlaughlin Yes, you go, go ahead. [00:43:38:04 - 00:43:43:20] Hugo Hey guys, hey guys. So I'd curious I think Flint we discussed this before any. [00:43:45:06 - 00:43:54:06] Hugo You mentioned that you're trying to create like an MCP service some kind of so that way make labs who start talking to Claude and all of our local AIs and whatnot. Any development on that so far. [00:43:54:06 - 00:44:22:14] Flint McGlaughlin Yes, it's, it's coming right behind this Hugo. We already have MCP connector so you can connect your MCPs. However, it requires middleware and there's things that we've seen from people's uses of it. And when we develop the MCP server you can just MCP in through any of the elements you already use, so that you can basically, they can brainstorm with you and then Mac Labs can build a product that you can put in market using all of its power and it's converted experiments, etc. [00:44:24:11 - 00:44:26:11] Hugo Yeah, wonderful, wonderful. Can't wait to see it. [00:44:26:11 - 00:45:00:09] Azad Abdullahi All right, so just add a little bit of a little bit on top of what Flint already said, as soon as we go live with this new experience. The SDK for the headless experience would already be available, which would already mean that by API you can interact with everything you would otherwise have been able to access on an ads. And then not too long after that is when we will then also incorporate our MCP server, meaning that you can then interface with Mac Labs AI via MCP as well. So the API SDK will be up first and then MCP. [00:45:00:09 - 00:45:13:01] Flint McGlaughlin And some of you may not know what headless really means unless you're more technical but man it's powerful. It means you can bring the agents and embed them into anything and software web pages, anything. And that's when it just becomes limitless. [00:45:14:08 - 00:45:20:22] Patrick Azad, is there a library of those agents, different choices that I've in there? [00:45:22:07 - 00:45:28:07] Azad Abdullahi Yes, there is. Right now I am currently on the test server, so it's not pulling the [00:45:29:12 - 00:45:41:03] Azad Abdullahi production database of all our libraries, our experts or apps. But as soon as that is available, and we made the push and put this in front of you, you will have access to all of those. [00:45:41:03 - 00:45:47:09] Flint McGlaughlin You'll have 18 experts, 18 experts Patrick that are all marketing related plus you'll have apps. [00:45:47:09 - 00:45:48:05] Patrick Great. [00:45:48:05 - 00:46:01:11] Flint McGlaughlin You'll have system experts. Okay. All for those of you that have been with Mac, they've all been upgraded since you last used them team. Both their platforms, the LMS capabilities, their use of the library, many, many things. That's all coming behind. [00:46:03:12 - 00:46:10:09] Flint McGlaughlin Any other questions? Any other thoughts? Peter Von Moltke, what's your, what are your comment thinking, Vern, as you watch this? [00:46:11:11 - 00:46:45:18] Peter von Moltke You asked me a question several sessions ago as to what I do, what I think of this approach and I said, Flint, I see it's getting a lot more for less and I don't think you quite understood why I was saying that and I'm saying it even more now. When I became, when I was using the platform before, I had to become an expert in ADS and then becoming an expert in setting up experts and becoming an expert in setting up libraries. At the same time, I have blind spots to workflows and all the other things that the platform offered. I now get them all. [00:46:46:19 - 00:47:02:19] Peter von Moltke Now I present the problem and I get, I get, you know, different approaches that I wouldn't have thought of before because I was expert on these, in these single areas. This pulls it all together, together for me. So I'm getting a lot more for the effort I put in. Okay. [00:47:02:19 - 00:47:05:07] Flint McGlaughlin That makes a lot of sense. [00:47:07:13 - 00:47:54:10] Flint McGlaughlin We almost pushed this by a week. We didn't want to do it with you guys and, and decided to go into production, but we knew we had a small group of people we trust. You know, I think, had I given Azad a week to present this and we were on moving from staging to production. He had a smoother experience, but you guys are almost the insiders friends that have been with us a long time. And you can see what's coming. We did release last Thursday into the testing team, the testing team has been beating it up and sending notes. They've been making all of those changes. Next Tuesday, the enterprise meeting. We released it to you to beat up. Okay, so those of you that will be in the enterprise meeting will have access, and you'll beat it up will take your notes. Then we'll do a soft launch. We are not going to roll out [00:47:55:20 - 00:48:37:17] Flint McGlaughlin an almost system. I will delay the launch if that's what it takes. The quality has to be at a certain bar. And we're, you know, these guys have worked day and night to get us this far. And I'm grateful for the hard work, but we will include you in beating it up until we feel right about it. And then comes the robot. Okay. I want to thank everybody for being here today. Thank you for putting up with our weaknesses and especially me. And thank you for sticking with us in a long journey into something very special. What we're about to release doesn't exist anywhere in the marketplace. And you've been a part of helping to build it. So thank you very much. We'll see you all later. [00:48:37:17 - 00:48:39:15] Patrick Thank you, Flint. All right. [00:48:40:15 - 00:48:41:19] Azad Abdullahi Thank you. Take care.
